A basic hotel with no elevator, the staff served was nice. The buffet breakfast arranged to the nearby hotel was super good with freshly made bread. However, need to hold the shower head when showering

Excellent location in a historic building. Free parking in the area is impossible, so I recommend the parking offered by the hotel for R050/day.
Facilities, room and bathroom, period decorations, but very comfortable.
Silent place at night.
Reception is not open 24 hours.
Hearty breakfast. Recommendable.

The residence is located in the center. Excellent location to reach any place of interest. The structure is elegant but sober. This is a period building. The rooms are simple but basic. Excellent breakfast

A very nice stay in the center of the city, best thing is its location which is 2 minutes from the main Square and just across the street from the beautiful black church. Good stay overall with very friendly staff.

I don't recommend it. The evening before we were contacted by the hotel and it was explained to us that due to their mistake they did not have the double room already booked and paid for available. They give us two options: go to a hotel 4km from the center for the same price or pay 35 euros more and have a deluxe room. Obviously we don't accept any of the options because they made a mistake: in this case we had to have the deluxe room at the price already paid previously. How did it end? They canceled our reservation on Booking and called us back telling us that they had found a double room available. Result? Little transparency and time wasted looking for a new solution the evening before our arrival. Excellent location but I don't recommend this hotel if you don't want to have bad surprises!

Premier problème rencontré est de s’arreter au niveau de la résidence, pas de parking, ni de dépose minute…. Le tout dans une rue très passante… on se gare sur le trottoir comme on peut, bloquant les piétons, super… récupération des clés de l’appartement et des clés du cadenas pour le parking plus loin après dépose des bagages dans leur local. Suite réservée pas à la hauteur de nos attentes, vue sur cour, loin des 70 m carrés annoncés, vieillot, parquet rétamé, mobilier fatigué, en fait deux chambres avec une porte communiquante. Même pas une simple bouilloire pour le café… Petit déjeuner servi dans un autre hôtel distant de 100m, pas top du tout, produits des plus simples, jus de fruits premier prix, charcuterie et fromage des plus simples. Peu de fruits, pas de produits laitiers à part un fromage blanc écrémé, que du bonheur… une impression au total d’amateurisme et d’obtimisation, se méfier des belles images proposées sur les sites. Il est vrai qu’il est situé en plein centre, attention à la traversée de la route toutefois. Avec un peu de recherche, certainement mieux ailleurs.
