The hotel is in a great location, with a large shopping mall nearby. It is an innovative and modern hotel. Floor-to-ceiling glass is the main design inspiration of this hotel. The breakfast is rich.

I'm not talking about standard things in relation to this hotel because the standard is delivered above the standard anyway:) The values and vision of this hotel are to deliver experiences beyond expectations and, from experience I can tell you, that's exactly what they do! When you think you've seen everything and nothing is missing, it continues to surprise you pleasantly and unexpectedly. From the thermos with hot tea and cookies that you find in the room on winter afternoons to personalized happy birthday wishes to your loved ones. The interaction with any member of the hotel staff is an experience in itself of quality, respect and anticipation of any needs you might have. One word to describe the Qosmo experience: EXCEPTIONAL!

There are many excellent things that Qosmo has to offer to a client: friendship, suport, very good services. I had to leave well before the breakfast opened and I got one of the best sandwiches ever!! The atitude of the people make difference!

It was a beautiful hotel and the room was clean, spacious, had a comfortable bed and the ac worked really well. MIt was quiet and I slept very well. There was ample parking. Our check in went very smoothly. The receptionist gave us a recommendation for a restaurant in Old Town (Ceaun was the name of the restaurant. It was one of the best meals I’ve ever had.) Old Town was a quick Uber ride away (cheap too, less than $10 USD). The hotel was across the street from a mall. There were a lot of things to do around the hotel. We travel a lot and this is one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at.
