Very nice hotel beautifully situated amongst the trees and the sounds of nature. We were lucky to be there at a quiet time for a romantic break. The food was very good and the staff were very attentive and helpful. we enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. All in all an excellent stay and we will be going back

Good experience in Poiana Brasov! We were there for a medical congress, we stayed for 3 nights. The rooms was small, but modern and well equipped. We had a room at the first floor and we could hear noise from the parties taking place downstairs. However, this small inconvenient did not shadow our great experience, from the moment of the check in until the check out. The main stong points I would recommend this hotel for: 1) the SPA area 2) the Restaurant, which is by far the best restaurant in Poiana Brasov 3) Prompt and friendly staff I was particularly impressed by the fact that absolutely all the foreign employees spoke Romanian.

The hotel reception is just a phone that you need to ring to the main reception (hotel next door). The phone and the reception desk are full of dust! Waiting time around 30 min for check in.
Loud noise and smelly from kitchen equipment from the nearby hotel.
