Hotel Apollonia

Das positive ist für uns die Lage zwischen Altstadt und Mall. Wegen Umbauarbeiten hatten wir kein Zimmer; sondern als Upgrade ein Appartement im Gästehaus "French Boutique" (2 Gehminuten entfernt) . Meine Matratze hatte unter dem Inkontinenzbezug einen kleinen gelben Fleck und unter dem Bett türmte sich der Staub. Ich habe dies dem Zimmermädchen in Landessprache erklärt. Es sah leider die ganze Woche immer noch so aus wie auf dem Bild. Das Frühstück war einfach, viel gegrillte Wurst und gegrilltes Gemüse. Es gab nur eine Sorte Brot (Kartoffelbrot) und eine (offene) Marmelade. Das Frühstück im Gästehaus, einmal um 7.30 Uhr hingestellt, ungekühlt und nicht abgedeckt, sah um 9.30 Uhr nicht mehr appetitlich aus. Auf meine Reklamation gab es als Entschuldigung eine Flasche Rotwein und das Brot war ab dem Tag besser abgedeckt. Die letzten 3 Tage konnten wir im Hotel frühstücken, da war alles frischer und der Kaffee heißer. Die Rezeptionistinnen und die jungen Leute beim Frühstück waren sehr freundlich. Benutzte Tische wurden leider nicht abgewaschen. Am letzten Tag mussten wir vor dem Frühstück abreisen, eine Erstattung für das Frühstück gab es nicht. Es wurde uns stattdessen angeboten, uns ein kleines Lunchpaket am Vorabend ins Zimmer zu stellen. Aber bekommen haben wir nichts. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis war okay, nicht top.

Albergo accogliente e pulito. Ottima e abbondante la colazione (soprattutto quella salata, di futto e di più). Posizione a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro. Ristoranre pu.n Millennium a pochi passi veramente vslido. Unico neo (per chi necessita): manca ascensore.

Hotel located about 10 minutes from the center; the cleanliness is average (the room is not made up for the entire stay), the staff is partly welcoming (only the girl in the afternoon/evening was very kind), the room is ok (except for the too much light in the morning for those who need darkness to sleep). We do not recommend breakfast as the buffet is distributed in a very small place and very long queues often form. The food is of poor quality and at 9 it is almost finished. I am sure you can find better

Camera confortevole,il primo giorno la colazione già alle 7.30 mancava tutto probabilmente perché è arrivato un pulman.Personale assente e poco disponibile. Lingua italiana non parlata da nessuno .consiglio ma ho scritto per migliorare il personale.
