3-Star Hotels in Brasilia

Very well located hotel, close to the Brasilia shopping mall, but it is not a 5-star hotel as stated on the day of booking. I think it is more of a 3-star hotel.

The hotel is very good! All very clean, very tasty breakfast and careful receptionists.

Hotel well located and near the city center, several bars and restaurants nearby.

Everything was excellent, only one problem when I arrived to check in, I bought by trip trip trip room, couple bed + 1 single bed for my son, and when they entered, they said I was booked by the voucher a double, There first my son slept in a chair that turned bed, but uncomfortable, after 2 nights, they put a portable bed, because the chair bed was wet, perhaps in the room cleaning service, at the most, mainly the service by all staff was excellent.

I've stayed at the hotel other times, but this time I was surprised, mainly by the decadence of the breakfast, very few options, and no replacement. The lack of agility in cleaning the tables also bothered me, I ate my breakfast with the rest of the table dirty, even though I requested it to be cleaned.

I chose the architecture and the proximity to the lake, and it is a very impressive building, but I didn't feel comfortable during my stay. I'm used to a very specific profile of customers, foreigners, older people. The city has a reputation for lobbyists in the proximity of the presidential palace. Some staff were very careful, with the focus on the coffee supervisor, very sympathetic. However, for more than once, I felt being treated with a hardness as a reception official and I was followed by security when taking pictures from the surroundings.

The hotel is wonderful. Heartful service, quick service, organized room, clean, large size. It is almost in front of Brazil Shopping and in a very well-located muddle region in Brazil. Legal and useful courtesy. The breakfast was excellent, with a variety of varieties and everything was delicious. The only thing that disturbed me was a fee of about 42 reals charged at the hotel and that Trip.com did not make clear about the charge. I even spoke in the reservation that a fee would be charged, but I did not talk about the price, which I found very high; it would be better if there was transparency about the exact value, because I thought it would be the ISS fee that they would charge, which is very cheap, but it was not. At the end of the stay they only told us that it was a service fee, which is strange, theoretically, pq the service would enter the price we paid in the reservation. Besides, it was all right, but I'm afraid to book again with Trip.com next time and I came to an exorbitant rate.

Very well located hotel, but old and uncomfortable bedroom, so small bath towels that serve in it for an adult, old and noisy air conditioning, you have to stay off, vc choose between noise or heat, high external noise. Well, it was only one night and it wasn't so hot.

Location, coffee, the views are excellent. The only thing I was disappointed was the pool because when booking it was all normal, and after a few days I searched the site and the outer pool would be disabled and that would return to 21/11 what didn't happen.
