Brasilia Hotels with Bars

The staff were very friendly and competent. Excellent breakfast. The food was good for dinner, but the restaurant's super cold air conditioning made the food very cold, making the experience a little unpleasant. A very negative point is the perfume ”machine” right at the entrance to the lobby, which made the place smell extremely fragrant and nauseating. The cleaning supplies in the rooms also had a lot of perfume, which was not good. I traveled with a friend who is very sensitive to smells and hated the experience. We will definitely not be able to stay there if we return to Brasília. Despite the positive points, it would not be an option for a future trip.

Capital hotels are really expensive. The room is large and standard with a steam iron. But one side of the bed is a large mirror and the other side is the toilet door, which really affects sleep.

Hotel está precisando de uma renovação, é bonito por fora mas está com carpetes antigos, toalhas muito velhas, estavam até rasgadas, móveis totalmente ultrapassados, além do mais não fica claro em momento algum no momento da reserva que não se terá acesso a piscina do complexo, a que fica beira lago, só reservamos por isso inclusive. Informaram que como os dois hotéis tem ficado muito cheios eles optaram por fazer essa divisão é só o Royal tem acesso, porém como não fica claro e outras vezes em que fui não tinha isso, eu reservei sem saber de nada e foi uma decepção. Funcionários atenciosos.

Very disappointed with the room. The bed was extremely soft, the sheets old and torn, and the towels old and hard. Dust and cobwebs were under the beds. In the bathroom, a used bandage was left in the shower! There were no blankets during the cold season. There was no TV remote. When I communicated this to the room contact, they didn't even respond to my messages. Despite the hotel having an excellent location and additional facilities like a gym and pool, it's horrible to arrive at a room in this condition, especially when traveling with a child.
