Brasilia Hotels with Bars

I am a frequent guest of this hotel ever since it used to be Blue Tree Park. There were several improvements over the year after they changed the hotel chain. Still there are some caveats I can highlight. I spent 3 nights at Royal Tulip for the Children's Day and Our Lady Aparecida Holiday in Brazil. I booked the luxury category room (5th floor at the end of the corridor, balcony with view to lake and the pool) While check-in the receptionist told me there were no room available as per my request. So for the 1st night I stayed in another room with view only to the lake. For the 2nd night after I insisted to be shifted to another room, they arranged in the actual room I was looking and paid for. Other two must-be-improved are the dinner option and the pool maintenance. The Herbs Restaurante as well as The Old Barr are very expensive places where there are no good selection of food, specially for kids. I had dinner at both places in 2 nights and the food was not tasty and it was very salty. So, the last thing about the pool. Unfortunately the pool was in bad condition. Apparentely missing serious and dedicated maintenance care.There was a lot of mud at the bottom of the pool, specially in the center part. My son, my wife and lot of guests were noticing a very dark and disgusting layer of mud spread all over the pool causing people to causing people to slip when they put their feet on the bottom of the pool. Overall the hotel is great, the nature surrounding is wonderful and the lake view is amazing. However these are the negative things the Hotel Managers and Leaders must look after and take care in order to improve customer experience. Thanks, Elcio M.

The hotel is really good, breakfast has everything you could crave for, staff is very attentive and helpful, altough I don´t speak portuguese and had a lot of trouble comunicating in spanish. The pool is nice and it is next to a small gym that can help if you don't want to loose track of your training while away from home. There is also a sauna. I was there for business and the meetings included the hotel lunch which was a buffet, it had food for every taste and was as good as breakfast. Rooms are very confortable and location is great, just walking distance from a mall and food court, also near fogo do chao if you want to eat nice meat.

Stayed 2 nights as 1st time visit to Brasilia. This hotel is showing it’s age. First room given did not have working AC or TV. Moved to another room, which didn’t have working safe box and only had 2 hangers. There were only 2 elevators and one had some issues. The location is across the street from 2 shopping centers and next to a gas station with convenience store and eateries. Despite being in a room on 10th floor, there’s thumping music (or noise from ?nightclub) late into night until around 5AM that interferes with restful sleep (bring your earplugs). PROS: location is close to TV tower and walkable to Sara Kubitchek park. The shower water pressure was good. The breakfast buffet on 1st floor was excellent and had good variety of food with amazing fruits. CONS: aging hotel that needs renovation; rooms are worn down; gym was sparse of equipment; elevators are slow. High noise level all night. Overall, 3 star hotel with great breakfast. Would only stay here again if given very high floor and earplugs.

The staff were very friendly and competent. Excellent breakfast. The food was good for dinner, but the restaurant's super cold air conditioning made the food very cold, making the experience a little unpleasant. A very negative point is the perfume ”machine” right at the entrance to the lobby, which made the place smell extremely fragrant and nauseating. The cleaning supplies in the rooms also had a lot of perfume, which was not good. I traveled with a friend who is very sensitive to smells and hated the experience. We will definitely not be able to stay there if we return to Brasília. Despite the positive points, it would not be an option for a future trip.

The hotel is very good. I like it very much. I'm sorry they don't make any more waffles at the time, at breakfast. It was excellent! Now they leave the buffet, it was terrible

Excelent reception. Amazing breakfast and rooms. You can receive visitors at will, including at night. There is also a heated pool on the lakefront, which is open until 10pm. Perfect experience. I recommend it to everyone. And the price was very fair for the quality of the service provided.

I will summarize my assessment in positive and negative points: (I stayed in 816 room) - Check-in, at 23:00 a.m., I was waiting almost half an hour to be answered. - all the room lights are very weak! - You have no Globe TV programed on TV - My room access card has already failed in 1ª attempt, as soon as I received the card. I returned to the reception and reprogrammed the card. I failed again. I returned to the reception and failed again! Only in 4ª attempt, it worked. All this on the first day, almost half night! - The bed linen/shoe covers only the bedside bed, without 1 cm leave. If you look very much in bed, during the night, as is my case, you will wake up without a bed linen, which was what happened to me. - You have only 1 tray in each bed and you have no other in the closet. - Full of mosquito in the room. - The remote control of air conditioning is GENÉRIC, i.e. you don't know if what has tightened to happen in the air conditioning device will work. You need to stay waiting for the air to react to your command. - Wi-fi super weak. Even when you are connected, the pages do not load. - If someone passs through the corridor speaking something, you listen to everything inside the room. - No room service at night and in the morning. They only deliver until 22:00. - To ”amendate” this disability, they sell some items in the gateway, but with a price more expensive than those charged at the airports, where they sell, for example, a bottle of 1.5 litre of water per R$ 12.00, and I paid R$ 3.50 in the same bottle, the market. - The refrigerator has no bottle of water, even if it is to be charged! It is: if you arrive after 22 hours without anything, you will not even support a water. - There was only one roll of sanitary paper in the room, no others. When we finished, we had to call and ask them to bring another. For our surprise, they brought one roll only! - The closet under the bathroom, was leaving water and finished wetting the hygienic paper we had asked. - The box door does not close and the bath water goes out much, wetting the whole floor of the bathroom. - The corner of the wall and floor of the bathroom box were limo. - No air extraction in the bathroom, i.e., The air doesn't go out when we use private bathroom. - The bathroom shoes with any use, type: tooths shake. - There is only one power take next to bed, which has already been folded down. If you don't have a Benjamin, you will not be able to connect your cell phone loaders, for example.Positive points: - Well large room - Major refrigerator - Has kitchen tools - Has a desk - Most good clothes - The bed was Macia - Has a good academy - Breakfast is on the terrace VERY SERVED! - It is highlighted for the city view. - Has a pool rack on the terrace - Has a sauna is on the front of a large shopping, the National Set, who has a way to walk there.

We stayed for two nights / three days in Brasilia and choose the Brasilia Palace Hotel because of it’s history. it’s a Niemeyer Classic and a masterpiece. The location is supercool at the lake side - a bit outside the city, but that’s no problem at all with UBER connections to everywhere. The room design is classic, bathroom a bit dated, but clean and very good standard. Reception was very helpful to organize tours through the city Also they were giving recommendations for restaurants. We had breakfast included - big buffet at Oscar‘s the Italian Resto on side. Breakfast was ok, with a lot of choice. Overall we totally recommend to stay at the BP!

This hotel is my preferred one because of the service and room quality. The reception is very kind and the checkin is always a good experience today Cesar help me a lot with a quick and clear process. The checkout is also a good experience with a good staff.

A great place to stay. Well located with comfortable and spacious rooms. Close to a shopping center in case you need to but things or want to have some food. Excellent value, well trained and very friendly staff. The only thing that needs improving is the breakfast, it was very basic and needed better quality food with a greater variety of options. I would definitely consider returning and staying here again.
