Direction, personnel, cuisine, le tout au TOP. Emplacement de rêve, y compris terrasse restaurant pour le petit-déjeuner. Pas d'ascenceur mais personnel efficace lorsque aide nécessaire. Grâce à notre guide d'exception (Les Promenades d'Alex), Brantôme a été une superbe découverte, alors faites le détour si nécessaire et réservez!

LOVED the food!!! The kitchen outs out some of the best food woe had in France which included a weeks stay in Paris. Room was a bit cramped, go for the larger room and download luggage before parking.

Venus en groupe pour un mariage, nous avons découvert l’hôtel Le Charbonnel avec beaucoup de plaisir. Superbe emplacement, au bord de la rivière, excellente literie et belles prestations. Un mention spéciale pour l’accueil de Carole pour le petit-déjeuner, un pur bonheur de gentillesse et de serviabilité. À découvrir!

Bonne expérience. Bon accueil. Terrasse en bord de rivière agréable. Cadre raffiné. Belle carte. Le menu du jour est attractif (Bavette et frites maison, excellent dessert ce jour là). Choix des vins intéressant. Le service est attentionné. Propreté irréprochable.

Très bon restaurant
Le site est très jolie les alentours aussi beaucoup de bonnes tables. Le menu du restaurant de l'hôtel est gastronomique, le chef fait honneur à la réputation française.
