Overall, we liked the place.
It is located in an old restored house in the very center of the city.
The breakfast is good - you can take it.
The downside for us - we were placed in a room on the second floor with large holes near the windows, we were afraid that a child could fall in there, and we ourselves could stumble and fall in there. In the photo, these holes are not visible behind the curtains, we were not moved to another room, since there were none available.
They also saved on the blanket, it was not tucked in - you cover yourself with a sheet and another blanket on top.

I initially booked this property because the rooms looked spacious, however, as you can see from other reviews, it's not. "Don't be fooled by the pictures" is a common theme to this place. Right after I booked, I emailed the business to make sure they had an elevator and a place to store our bags. My husband has a bad knee, so we can't climb up multiple flights of stairs. They never got back to me about my questions. My guess is, they didn't want to tell me the bad news and wanted the expiration window to close.. I talked to the manager because it was only a few hours after the cancellation window closed, and it's the staff's fault for not getting back to me.. He was adamant that he didn't want to help at all. I tried to compromise by asking for a credit to his hotel, so maybe a visiting family member could stay there, he said no. Very disappointing.

Location !!!
A five-star location that is unfortunately overshadowed by significant maintenance and finishing details that unnecessarily detract from the hotel's rating, as it has the potential to be much better. However, I recommend it for its incredible location.

Tutto perfetto. Camere molto grandi. Tutti i confort. Colazione strepitosa servita in un cestino bellissimo da pic-nic dalla Sig.ra Ana Fernandes che è stata gentilissima in tutte le nostre richieste ed esigenze. Il cestino era pieno di eccellenti prodotti dolci e salati. Sicuramente questa struttura è CONSIGLIATISSIMA!!!!!

This guy needs to communicate with guests better. I requested how to get in the day before, then twice the morning of my arrival. I didn't hear from him until 2:30 pm and check in was at 3. I was in Braga at that point and had to go wait in a cafe until I got his email. (It was raining) When I showed up at the place, a couple was outside trying to get in. Then later, after I returned around 8 pm, another couple was outside who couldn't get in. I let them in.
