This place services is very bad no hot water not electricity went off no wife repation good oputmostpare very bad condition off bed room cigs marks an burnt carpet and booked for night for 150 an we left midnight coz didn’t fell save to stay der to much noise of fighting on corridors not a save place to be and give em 100 deposit which we never got back when I rang the staff to ask for my deposit they keep treating me an asking to call the police so cost us 250 for like 6 hours 😿😿don’t make sense to me why the staff is soo rudee that’s not how to run bnb or apartment what ever u call it it’s a first an last visit every very bad experience don’t ever visit this place guys many tanks

Absolutely awful experience, when we arrived the building was run down and dirty when we got inside we were showed to the room that honestly was like a council flat. It was dirty had dried up snot in the sink, hairs and dirt on the bed and hairs in the hot tub! When I asked for a refund the host Said that the information I gave was inaccurate ! Total scam, DO NOT STAY HERE

Very good
Good location as it’s close to city centre and plenty of restaurants and shops close by. Free secure car park and amenities in the apartment were perfect had everything we needed. Customer service was really good and manager explained everything. Room was spacious and perfect. By far one of the best apartments to book in Bradford. Definitely recommend and will be coming back again.

Terrible Condition, Noisy, Ant Infested
The apartment was in terrible condition. There were cracks in the floor, dents in the walls, broken corners on glass furniture, and the bathroom doorknob came off in our hands the first time we tried to use it. The doorknob did get fixed as soon as we pointed it out, but because the door was very stiff, we had to be really careful to stop it coming off again.
We kept seeing ants crawling out from under the bed and sofa, and finding them on the table / bedside tables. When we moved the sofa we saw a couple of cracks in the floor they were crawling in through.
There was a cigarette burn in the bedsheet, and the walls weren't very soundproof. We were kept up all Saturday night by other guests shouting and banging on doors in the hallway.

Great night away!
Stayed overnight for our 1st wedding anniversary. The manager was friendly and explained how to use the hot tub and all the lighting , fireplaces etc.
Really enjoyed our stay and would go again.
