I would not recommend this place to anyone! We drove nearly 3 hours there to just walk in and look at the room and drive 3 hours home. The room was disgusting, there was a broken table, bedsheets all dirty, the door to the apartment was so flimsy we felt so unsafe. After talking to the manager we were informed we would get a refund for our stay , however after multiple calls and emails we are still awaiting the refund. They are just robbing people

Didn't like my visit at all, we walked into the room and it immediately smelt like smoke. Someone had definitely smoked in that room before we entered, as a non-smoker, this was very off putting. The bed sheets also stunk of the smoke. The area was very dodgy, I am not from Bradford so didn't know what I was getting into, but I felt very unsafe. There was damaged objects in the room on entry, smashed glass, stained bedsheets and cracked floor tiles. 100% not worth the £130 they charged me, as well as a £100 deposit

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES STAY HERE My partner originally arranged to book serenity apartments. However, serenity apartments said they would accommodate us in what was basically their sister hotel/apartments, livit, as they had reached full capacity. They assured us that the alternative accommodation was owned by themselves, in association with their friends and that the accommodation was identical, meaning that it was an extension of their business and that livit upheld their standards, as well as providing all of the same facilities, amenities and level of cleanliness. BOY WAS WE WRONG!!!!! It is not very often I am lost for words. However, as I unfortunately stepped through that door and in to the hell hole, I instantly felt as if I was in the matrix. It was as if I was transported into a telepathic nightmare. The outside of the property resembled something of a dilapidated, old council housing block which was being prepared for demolition (wishful thinking- I know!) It was drab, outdated, dirty and quite frankly looked like a destitute, barren structure. Through the old fashioned, filthy windows, you could see cheap tack Amazon LED ***** lights lacing the corridors. Upon entering the hell hole, we were taken into “reception.” Inside “reception,” it looked like a knocking shop with a few broken spinning chairs, with paper scattered all over and an old 1990s Microsoft computer. There was also an open door to a room just covered in tat, mess and electrical cables (how safe and professional.) The guy, as we were meant to be staying in serenity had the nerve to take the fee of £220 for the room as well as a £100 safety deposit, and then jokingly said the £100 would only be returned if we was “good.” The guy then guided us down the dirty corridors to our “room.” The corridor had old broken furniture scattered in spaces, broken stained dirty tiles and I cannot tell you how BAD the smell was. The whole building REEKED of stale cigarette smoke, ********* and weird incense sticks, it was DISGUSTING. The room doors were cheap, flimsy wooden doors with a number slapped on. The door resonated that of Jeffrey Dahmer’s. Upon entering the revolting room, the smell was just as bad, if not worse. The room was very dark, and I don’t know if that was a blessing in disguise, because I would dread to think what the room looked like lit. The room was REVOLTING. In the living area there was a crumpled, old prune like leather sofa, which only god knows what had occurred on there. Also, there was a mirrored side table, which top part was smashed to smithereens. The bedroom had an old, flattened, grubby soiled grey carpet with a round circular bed plonked in the middle. The bedding was fake Versace, it had never ever been ironed and certainly looked as if it hadn’t been washed in a LONG TIME. The bed was not even made up properly. I live in bradford, and this city is too runned down to have apartments like this. I called the managers mobile to test how amatuer he is, and behold telephone manner sucks, he couldnt really sell the room to me like it was a figment of his imagination. I know people have been robbed by these guys, sk i asked him about how luxury the rooms are, at the end i asked him for a favour and said " Can you please make sure your mother is waiting for me" then i hung up. i had to say it on behalf of those who have been robbed off their happy getaways Take care people, mohammed karim

My wife booked a 3 night stay for my birthday at the end of July 2022. She was very excited about taking me to this place as she had seen Tik tok’s etc and the place looked very nice and unique. When we arrived the guy who welcomed us was polite and friendly. However, when we arrived in the room the first thing we noticed was the smell was distgusting, smelt of **** and cigarettes! My wife noticed the waterfall was not working as shown in the photos so she told the guy and he said he will speak to his manager as that was one of the main features and reasons she was drawn into booking this place. She also paid £30 extra for them to decorate the room, put a personalised happy birthday photo on the TV and a personalised happy birthday stand. When I walked in I didn’t even notice the happy birthday stand and the TV was not on. She was disappointed in having paid £30 extra for this when there was no personalisation to it at all. We also received a pointless non alcoholic bottle of Prosecco. The TV shown in the bathroom by the jacuzzi didn’t work and my wife contacted the guy on the first night to inform him that it is not connecting so we aren’t able to watch anything on it… nothing was done and she contacted him on the second night too and nobody came round to sort it for us. Lastly, we were told we would have to use the same bath towel for 4days/3nights… we did get a fresh pair of towels on the final night but again for the price paid it’s not a big deal to receive clean fresh towels each day! Apart from this the location is good and the apartment was decent but would not stay there again as it’s very overpriced and the service received after the stay is so poor. Before we left my wife spoke to Ahmed who was at reception (different guy to who welcomed us on arrival)… he said to leave it with him and they will give her some money back as what she paid for was not what we had… It’s been over 2 weeks and all her messages are now being ignored! Very very poor customer service as she was promised this will be sorted once they’ve spoke to management but now to be ignored is just showing they are not wanting to sort this. We would have rather been told tough luck instead of being told we will hear back regarding compensation etc this is just a way to fob off customers

Honestly I hope at least one person sees this honest review. Because the reviews on *********** etc are LIES! It isn't what is advertised at all. We travelled for our wedding anniversary also added on an anniversary package which we paid £25 extra for a crap cheap bottle of non alcoholic prosecco!! Walking to the room all we could smell was cigarette smoke and ********!! Once in the room we stayed for all of 10 minutes. Cigarette burns everywhere, dirty kitchen and fridge, mould around the bath. It was disgusting! One mug for a drink (this was a frozen Disney mug!!) We took the key back to reception to tell the owner this isn't what's was advertise and that we are leaving. We asked for a refund in which he agreed to back in April. It's now June still no refund. Obviously having to travel and it being rather late in the day on our anniversary it felt like it was such a waste! Until we found an amazing hotel not far down the M1 (south). Please do your research on different platforms before booking this place!!

The hotel is absolutely awful, there are people living in it, it looks like a council estate building. It stinks of **** and cigarette smoke actually inside the room so enjoy that second hand smoke feeling lol. The walls have punch holes and marks galore. The bed has bedding on from decades ago and the pillows stunk of oily old hair. It's really really awful. The hot tub is the only good bit but some rooms it doesn't even work absolute joke. It's a proper scam and you'll never get your money back. Oh and there were about 1000 cig burns all over the furniture

My boyfriend surprised me with a stay here for my birthday yesterday. It looks literally nothing like the photos on ***********!!!! The outside of the building is really really run down, the whole building in the corridors has wires hanging out, we even seen a mattress lying in the one corridor. It stinks of smoke and ****! My boyfriend had phoned the manager a few times before booking here as he was concerned about some bad reviews but he totally reassured him they were just your typical bad reviews. When we arrived the guy showed us around, after he went we noticed a lot of damage to the room and stains on the bed, mould around the jacuzzi and holes in the door. We tried to ignore it all as we were mainly there for the jacuzzi and tv with it. The tv didn't even work!!! We turned the jacuzzi on 2 of the silver parts literally came flying out and made a loud bang. We were obviously concerned if it was safe for us to use with it being electrics and water, so we phoned the reception. The guy answered it and was saying we'd have to speak to the manager this next morning who'd be in by 11, but we were told we had to have checked out by 11 anyway. He kept saying the jacuzzi 'should' be fine but did not sound convincing at all. We said we wanted to speak with the manager as for £160 we did not feel it was worth it one bit! Who would want to sleep in a bed with stains in it and the smell of smoke and ****? Then obviously the jacuzzi topped it all off. We had literally travelled almost 3 hours mainly for the jacuzzi and couldn't even use it! He gave us the managers number, we called him a couple of times then finally had an answer. He was the rudest and most disrespectful man we've ever spoken to. We explained politely we want a refund and we'd leave at that time (around 8.30pm) he kept laughing at us and making comments like 'you read the bad reviews and still came, haha'. He was absolutely vile!! He said we had to go through *********** to get a refund, so we called them and they didn't really do a lot tbh. We handed the keys back at around 9pm and decided to drive 3 hours home just because this place was that bad. Please please please do not waste your money coming here, the apartments and the manager are just absolutely awful! I can't believe this place is allowed to basically be conning people of their money, it truly is disgusting!!

Me and mr mrs booked a day in Nov to celebrate her birthday . Gave a deposit of £30 and unfortunately closer to time both us were tested positive for covid. I contacted the owner to tell him to cancel the booking he told me he will refund later in evening as “he s away from his mucky desk” you dnt need to be at desk to process £30 through your mobile banking app. Will never use his services again and ensure all the people I recommend to him wont either The owner is pathetic he stole my money the thief.
