Livit Serviced Apartments

Awful experience!!! I do not recommend!!! Had a few issues with the LED lighting, took some videos of this at the time of arrival and sent to Joe who tried to accuse us of doing something as we’re apparently working “perfectly fine before we entered the room”. Tacky location and Joe was very rude and difficult to deal with throughout the day. Tried to escalate to higher management Jav who was more concerned about where I got his number from than customer service and then everyone stopped answering their calls (attached). Loud, dirty and messy. Paid a lot of money to have the “best apartment in the hotel” but a waste of my hard earned money and advise everyone to look for alternative places as there’s loads of better ones. It’s been 4 days I am still chasing up my deposit 🤣 worst place I’ve been to in my life

This place services is very bad no hot water not electricity went off no wife repation good oputmostpare very bad condition off bed room cigs marks an burnt carpet and booked for night for 150 an we left midnight coz didn’t fell save to stay der to much noise of fighting on corridors not a save place to be and give em 100 deposit which we never got back when I rang the staff to ask for my deposit they keep treating me an asking to call the police so cost us 250 for like 6 hours 😿😿don’t make sense to me why the staff is soo rudee that’s not how to run bnb or apartment what ever u call it it’s a first an last visit every very bad experience don’t ever visit this place guys many tanks

Very good Good location as it’s close to city centre and plenty of restaurants and shops close by. Free secure car park and amenities in the apartment were perfect had everything we needed. Customer service was really good and manager explained everything. Room was spacious and perfect. By far one of the best apartments to book in Bradford. Definitely recommend and will be coming back again.
