Great sized rooms for two adults and two teenagers. Location just couple hundred yards from Bradford Interchange and city centre shops, attractions etc. Guests and staff friendly too. Breakfast busy but lots of options and didn't feel rushed.

We have stayed at the Prem Inn Bradford City Centre several times when visiting the city to see a show at the Alhambra Theatre. The hotel is only a short walk from the centre of the city and the staff are always very friendly. The bedrooms are spotless and well equipped with everything you could need including soap, large towels, tea making equipment and that all important hairdryer!! One of the things that I love about all Premier Inns is the fact that they have things positioned in the room so well - plugs next to the beds at each side to charge phones, a hairdryer next to a mirror which lights-up, extra plugs for hair straightners etc... Breakfast the next morning was up to the usual standard, with the only slight gripe being that the plate warmer wasn't switched on, which meant that the hot food put onto cold plates soon went cold - some people might not mind this, but we like out food to be hot and always warm plates at home... All in all another great stay in Bradford and an excellent hotel!

The first room I was allocated was freezing. I sat in my coat for 30 minutes after adjusting the thermostat. Nothing. I went downstairs and the woman on duty offered to override the heating. I was advised to ‘give it 10 minutes’ so I sat in my freezing room for another 10 minutes to no avail. I then had to pack my case, take my case and bags downstairs to be given another room. The new room’s temperature had been set to 17 degrees so I am now waiting for this room to heat up. The new room was far less poky than my original allocation, 906. If it was available why was I stuck in the smallest room on the 9th floor? The staff have been charming and very helpful but the provision you offer for business guests who arrive late in the evening is poor. Rooms cannot be left on 17 degrees when the external temperature is 3 degrees. The corridor is warmer than both rooms.

We always have a great experience at this hotel and the welcome is always warm and over and above what we expect - Thank you Angela and Nirvanna for your excellent service and attention to detail! I would definitely recommend this to any professional staying overnight on business as we are, or if you are staying for leisure, to explore beautiful Bradford, city of culture 2025 and surrounding areas- Huge thanks to the team and we will be sure to stay again!!

I arrived on Monday night after a long journey to find that the receptionist were not able to activate any key cards. The receptionist kindly let me in with the master key. Room was large and clean. There was a wait for evening meal of about 40 mins but it was worth it. Lasagna was delicious. I did have to bring all my luggage down for breakfast as I still didn't have a key card the next morning. Parking is easy and cheap, £1.50 for 24 hours in the leisure exchange.

We visit Bradford every few months to visit family and this is always our go to hotel. Comfortable, warm, nice stay. Friendly staff. There is no parking on site but there is a multi-storey car park nearby which only costs £1.50 a night. We have never had a bad experience at this premier inn and can’t recommend enough.

Perfect bed.pillows.cleanliness.customer service..heating... breakfast excellent. Location is very good quiet in the rooms no outside noise even though near to a road. Will stay here again for sure. Thank you guys. Very happy couple.
