It was horrible. there were cockroaches running all around the floor & on the “clean” towels which were also stained. there was trash, dirt & hair in the shower when we got into our room. they never cleaned our room or took our trash out, we were there for 2 days. the peephole was basically just a hole in the door & people could see into the room if they tried to look. the floors were so dirty that the bottom of our feet were black after getting out of the shower. the doors also had a space where light could shine in & made us feel unsafe like someone could break in easily.

Discussting
The deak man was extremely rude! The room looked like it hadnt been cleaned in months! Hair all in shower. Filthy floors and walls. Shower floor dirty. Toilet discussting. Paint chipped all iver ceiling

Used q tip under the bed. 10am check out and I think we were the only ones there. Definitely the only family.
