There is also a bedroom on the main level with a queen bed, a 1/2 bath, and a laundry room.The second level includes an oversized master suite with a spacious en-suite and walk-in closet. The bedroom also has a balcony that overlooks the Texas-shaped pool. There are two full beds and three twin beds in the additional bedrooms, a full bath with glass shower, and a tub for the kids. The game room has a pool table, a beverage fridge, and lots of board games, along with a balcony that overlooks the backyard.The backyard area is perfect for outdoor activities and entertainment. It includes a Texas-shaped pool, putting green and hot tub, 2 comfortable loungers for sunbathing, a covered patio with an outdoor TV, playground for the kids, and a fire pit. NO DRUGS OR ANY ILLEGAL SUBSTANCE: We have a strict no-drug policy. The use, possession, or distribution of any illegal substance is strictly prohibited. Please respect our commitment to maintaining a drug-free environment. 6. NO LOUD MUSIC and NO NOISE between 10pm-7am.
