"It's challenging to find the entrance of the hotel without making a first mistake to bypass it. There is no microwave and no little fridge in the room even though I've upgraded to a Deluxe room. You have to pay extra fee for them. No slippers, no robes without requesting either. Even when I was at the front desk asking this female staff for them, she kept me waiting for over 10 min to give me an answer yes. Yet, nothing was delivered. I think the front desk, especially during late night, is not up to par. That said, I'm giving a shoutout to the front desk staff Sabrina, who is very understanding, helpful, and patient. Hilton should hire people like her to be the customer service face."
