"The stay experience at Libo Atour Hotel is great! The lobby is large and tidy, with various functional areas clearly divided. The front desk service was warm and thoughtful, and check-in and check-out were very quick. There are slow charging stations in the parking lot. The room is clean, tidy, spacious and bright, and the lights are very useful and bright. The bed in the room is comfortable, the bathroom is spacious and bright, and there is plenty of hot water. There are plenty of toiletries, a smart toilet, and comfortable slippers. The free Wi-Fi is fast, and since it is winter, the room heating is efficient, so my child and I slept soundly at night."

"We decided to stay with this hotel because of the highly positive reviews. We did make a right choice as our overall experience was so great. The hotel is newly renovated, the room is spacious, bright, clean and the mattress and pillows are super comfy to sleep with (this is very important for us as we don’t usually sleep well when travelling). We had a breezed morning jog along the river right in front of the hotel. The experience was really good and relax. The host provided white glove services such as VIP transport to/from train station and tourist spots. Special thanks to the staffs who helped to send our leftover baggage to train station so we didn’t miss the train.  Bonus point: We witnessed the beautiful moment of sunset at their roof top (see the attached photo). This will definitely be our first choice hotel in our next visit in Libo."

The service staff is warm and thoughtful, helping to pull the car door and push the luggage with a smile, especially the hotel executive Mr. Jing, who thinks more about the guests and provides very good upgraded services. The security guard Liang Didi (I don't know his specific name), in addition to his job, also enthusiastically helps with other things. In addition to the hotel's first-class service, it leaves us with good memories. The hotel's Mr. Jing and Liang Didi security guards also left us warm and beautiful memories.
