Boscombe Reef Hotel

Worst stay of my life. It’s a council level housing. Old and grabby. Dirty walls, tiny rooms, shower that was probably made in 1 day where you can’t turn around, no shower gel, no kettle and the worst of all- noises. Laminate everywhere so they don’t have to clean it but it means you can hear every noice. All rooms open to a echoey hallway. You won’t sleep until last person goes to sleep! For me it was 2am. Had 5 hours of sleep. Cried at night because of desperation. And now paid £70!!! I had better offers and I chose this sh*te! Such a fool! I would not stay there again even if they paid me

stayed here in 2019 october, only writing this review because it's just as disgusting as the it was 5 years ago. if you're going to run a hotel, don't get mad at guests when they point of your rudeness and uncleanliness (especially when the photos talk for themselves). shocked to see you're still in business. you could not pay me to spend the night here. avoid avoid avoid (as everyone else has said) :)

I read all the negative feedback and could not fault it while spending a few nights it was a little to warm in my room but that was OK I asked Billy for a fan and he gave me one there and then as for bed bugs we had nice white sheets and duvet covers and was no flees in any of our beds we had what we needed in the room and easy access to the bathroom and one amazing shower which had very good power at first I thought it was a disco room . Tea and coffee access we was very happy 😊 😉 (thankyou)

Needed a couple of nights away so booked here. Staff are amazing had issues with transport and were due to arrive way after check in time. They put our keys in a safe for us. Location was great. Amazing value for money. Room was clean, bed was comfy. Amazing value for money! We could not believe how nice it was considering such a low price!! Defo be beck after Christmas. We enjoyed our stay here 😀

Filthy. I bought cleaning products to sanitize the place. Luckily we only stayed for one night and had brought spare covers. I felt sick. Wanted another hotel, but couldn't book due to flights/taxi.

This place is disgusting, we paid for a room with our own bathroom but we were given the wrong room with a shared bathroom and it was absolutely vile. We checked in and dropped our bags off, it wasn’t until we came back later that we realised the state of the place. We booked another hotel and asked to check out and get a refund. I have never met or dealt with such a rude, aggressive host. He refused to give us a refund, then accused me of using a ‘moody’ card, which was not the case. Rude, vile, agressive people, stay away. We have also sent this to the daily echo.

Room discuting, old magazine in draw dried out cigarette, public and head in chest of drawers, bed sheets not changed and pillows case stained, dust around bed frame and skirting boards, and didn't advise share toilet and bathroom until you pay, definitely not a hotel more like a half way house, ruined our night away as had to leave and pay out for another 🥵

Booked this for my Nan and aunt the room was tiny could only fit the bed in my aunt had to climb over my Nan to get in and out of bed the room and hotel was filthy, there was no on suite they had to share a bathroom and toilet with other hotel guests which was dirty and the floor was all ripped up. There was no where to hang there cloths they had to live out or there suitcase they checked the duvet in the cover it was stained with body fluids was absolutely disgusting there was not 1 cleaner seen throughout there stay and the manager was unhelpful and stuck up was more like a hostel then a hotel there wasn’t even tea offered or a kettle or anything for them to help themselves. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone

Awful awful place. The room was dirty with mould on the under side of bed, stains in drawers, (see photos) bathroom floor torn and uplifted…. And this was after an upgrade!!! No one was around when we rang the bell to complain/ ask for help. We ended up booking somewhere else and now he is refusing to refund us. AVOID AVOID AVOID
