Very pleasant guest house approximately 10 rooms, rooms are comfortable and clean with good housekeeping service, breakfast is excellent,all the staff are very pleasant,parking is available,railway station and sea front are within walking distance, good bus service (did not use),this is our fourth year of staying here.

Lovely stay & nice breakfast each day, just 1 or 2 things that need addressing. Nice big bed in room 8, pity that the sheets didn’t fit. Woke up every morning with the sheets bunched up underneath us & looking at the mattress protector. Also, despite an earlier comment on reviews, the dressing table is still in the alcove where there is no socket for the hairdryer & the wardrobe is next to a socket, they surely just need to be swapped over! We have just got from this hotel after a 2 night stay, my partner booked a weekend away for us before having an operation, £300 for 2 nights for the upgrade of the our room. Had early check in which was good, on arrival room looked big which was nice, bed was huge and very comfortable but the bathroom was awful, it was small and we had no hot water from the sink or the shower we didn’t shower for 2 days!!! Well couldn’t as water was freezing. Room was so cold we had to put radiator on, I let the owners know we didn’t have hot water especially for the shower, only to be told we had to let the water run for a bit, which we did, nobody came into our room to check the problem. I came back to read the reviews and room 1 which we were in had the same problem back in 2022!!! There was no bar and this should of been stated on the website, parking was tight to get in and out, breakfast we had to keep asking for items that was left off the table and second time we arrived for breakfast we had moved tables so had to ask where we were sitting. Bit disappointing really as it wasn’t a cheap place to stay and we expected more for our money!!!

Brilliant little hotel within walking distance to both beach and town centre. We arrived early and were greeted by Harps who informed us that our room was ready (Room 8) superb large room with a bath and a great shower. Breakfast was fantastic and served by really friendly bubbly waiting staff. The room itself was kept spotlessly clean by housekeeping. Would definitely recommend and would stay again if in Bournemouth.

A lovely small hotel with that personal touch.
