Nice hotel, not far from the beach. Breakfast was good but was only until 9.30am. Rooms were nice, spacious and clean we had a balcony room with lovely views of the beach, the rooms were quite hot and no A.C which is needed in hot weather. The outdoor pool is heated but no indoor pool for when the weather isn’t good. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Marsham hotel is in a very good location with nice views from the hotel
Staff are very helpful
However I found the rooms are not clean enough and the mattress is not at all comfortable
The fridge in the room started making sounds on and off through out the night, it being so close to the bed disturbed our sleep

The hotel is nicely situated close to the centre of Bournemouth. We stayed on an organised weeks dance break so the food was all included and very good 👍 Word of caution if you're staying here, the rooms are very hot, no aircon, they have been saying for years that they would add this to the rooms but they haven't yet and the showers have very little pressure!! Sometimes the bar service can be very slow, lack of staff? Watch out for the additional bar service tariff as well, 5%, remember to cancel as you order your drinks 🍸 several of our group got caught out, just be mindful. Will be back next year for a dance 🕺 break.

Took a group to the hotel for lunch, had a great time spent on the terraces enjoying the hotel taking advantage of a central great position with a sea view Service was superb the staff went above and beyond helping the group whom struggled with walking & access with steps of entrance . However with the use of the lift to gain entrance into the front of the hotel the staff were amazing & extremely kind Everybody managed to sit down for a great lunch of fish and chips with bread and butter plenty of cups of tea to wash it done This is the third of fourth time I have used this hotel for day trips out as a base for air shows & this time part of a seaside day out in Bournemouth
