Your wifi is a con. I've sent an email off to trading standards as your desk refused a refund. Your free wi-fi is deliberately throttled. Your "Ultimate wi-fi" is 800kb/s. This is not sufficient to even update an application overnight... Streaming is impossible.

Convenient location for overnight stay before morning ferry from Poole. Walking distance to beach, shop and pubs. Clean and comfortable. Excellent value for money. Room quite small, but OK for the price. Parking £9 overnight, but free street parking nearby.

The staff here were friendly and helpful from the get go, the room was spacious for me my wife and toddler. Beds were comfy the breakfast buffet style was tasty. With the hotel only 20mins walk from the Beach it was an ideal location for our long weekend away. If we didn’t want to walk the buses were pretty much door to door. Will definitely look to stay here again if we book a trip to Bournemouth

Great service and location but the rooms were dusty and dirty and full of cobwebs. The food was appalling (don’t bother paying for it) and additional WiFi charges and parking charges on top of a small room at a massive cost - the location is good but honestly don’t bother eating there

Overall, it is a nice hotel. Few comments though, bed is too high, no toilet roll only tissues and run out easily. Parking is very limited, if you arrive in the evening there is no parking in the compound, can park on the street with time restrictions. Price is reasonable.

We stayed here during the school holidays, so busy . Pleasant hotel overall. Walking distance to the beach and shops. Room could do with some updating and bits needs fixing, however nothing major. Room was good enough for what we needed. Would happily stay again.

We have stayed at quite a few Premier Inns in recent years and have found them to be of very good quality. At every venue the staff have always been very helpful and friendly, good rooms and comfortable beds and above all good food and great value for money, the Bournemouth Westbourne being no exception.
