Poor stay at sands
Very poor booked 3 days only stayed 2days put us in a basement room that stank of mould and damp then complained and they moved me and my partner into a room with 2 single beds. Then next day went down for breakfast no table for us. So had to hang around for a table for 25 minutes. Next days breakfast nothing had been put on table. Very un organised.

Convenient location, checkin efficient but a dared property with dated family room, poor bathroom, mould effected sealent. The room needed completely updating and renovating.
My continental breakfast was an apple, one croissant and an open yogurt....very poor. We won't be going back to the hotel again.

First time at this hotel but won't be the last. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food was lovely and the service was great. The bedrooms are showing their age but are still adequate. The beds are comfortable and the linen is of excellent quality. We didn't want to leave.

Food was okay but rather short on green vegetables (swede most nights on "roast" dinner)! Problem with sink which was reported but not resolved. Otherwise hotel was okay for what we paid for the holiday

Just had a fantastic stay here. We were celebrating our silver wedding anniversary and they made this so special for us. Amazing staff and great hotel. Room so comfortable and all we needed. Will be returning when we cane in the near future. Can't wait.
