Ice Angels Hotel

Excellent stay at this Hotel. Staff were really friendly and understood and spoke English. Rooms were made up every day including all fresh towels. Lots of bench seats outside with waitress service so you could sit and watch the skiing. Only had the Breakfast option which was reasonable. Ski Equipment hire was joined on to the side of the hotel with a very helpful man running it and sorted you out with what we needed. View from room was excellent. Cons Tea/Coffee in Room is chargeable. Baked Beans at Breakfast cold as not kept heated. There is a short steep slope to get from the ski slope to the outside seating area which is very slippery have added a photo. Overall i would rate this Hotel 10/10

This place is an absolute joke! The waitress with the blonde hair couldn’t be bothered to serve us and was making constant face expressions. Rude staff and extremely long waiting times. The food is also not worth it. Avoid at all cost, there are much better places in the area!

Location Location Location This is why we booked this hotel It’s location Which is the best in the village by far In the end it wasn’t the location that was the best but the Staff… Svetloe and his team made our trip so much better than it could have been Due to a ski ending injury on the first morning , the whole staff for the remainder of the holiday could not do enough for us Extremely grateful Hotel is warm, spotlessly clean, good food, well laid out and have amazing helpful and kind staff throughout all departments We will be returning next ski season with the rest of the family and look forward to spending time in the refurbished spa See you again soon Team Ice Angels Sharon & Sean

I was sitting with friends at the Ice Angels hotel's restaurant, and ordered Americano with just a little milk on the side. When the bill came, it surprised me I was charged separately for the milk... Also, had huge troubles in convincing the waiter to let me pay with card and not cash. When the manager approached, he was extremely hostile, and just gave me such a bad feeling that I will definitely never step into that place again.
