The 1 star rating is because of the "chalga" music in the night club, which the DJ refused to stop playing even though we were only two groups of classmates in the disco and we all wanted a different music. Since this hotel in May is mainly for big groups of people celebrating something, I think the DJ in the night club should listen to what the guests want. His words were: "no one has complained about my music in 15 years, so I am not changing it".

Very big hotel, very clean, Spa area, huge pool, billiard, games room, amazing view towards the ski slopes The room was a good size with comfortable beds and the bathroom equipped with all the vanities needed. The roof of the Spa area is full of cigarettes and should be checked and cleaned more often. All the guests can see this from their balconies or from the restaurant terraces.

Great hotel, magnificent food, kind personnel, nice accommodation. We loved the whole experience within our stay. The manager was more than kind and helping. The restaurant was great, food also. The personnel in the restaurant was very kind!

Stuff in the hotel is very unfriendly, especially a Spa lady called Krisimira that did everything she can to ruin the last bit of our vacation in this magnificent hotel. She should be expelled! The hotel is amazing in every bit of it otherwise. Too bad she didn’t care about our son drowning and treated us like walking credit cards.

Very good hotel, Spa area is wonderful, breakfast is very diverse and tasty. Most important - the staff are friendly and most helpful. The lift for the resort is only 20 meter from the front door of the hotel. We’ll be back, hopefully next year.

We couldn't fault the hotel on customer service, cleanliness and facilities. Only thing would have wanted would music quieter on the terrace for the afternoon as couldn't chat whilst relaxing and having a drink post ski. We are in our 50's but even the teens said was too loud.

Top quality stay and experience - from super well-managed property, comfortable beds, smiley and welcoming staff, to great and super rich food options at breakfast and dinner buffets. The Spa is also great - big pool, a lot of space, a few saunas.
