This is our second visit to this hotel and there have been improvements since our previous visit. The rooms have been refitted making them more comfortable although the heat in the rooms at time is unbearable. The bathrooms are small but the mountain view rooms are just a delight. We stayed BB and the food was much better quality than before however the customer service is lacking. A lot of th staff in the restaurant don't speak English and just and and stare at you making no attempt to communicate or facilitate communication with another staff member who can help. Whilst I appreciate you are in Bulgaria if you are happy to take money from English customers then you should have staff that can speak with all your customers. The spa is a lovely space to relax at the end of a busy day however the children playing in the two hot tubs is a little disappointing when they have there own designated areas. The pool space was also looking a little tired. Apart from the issues with breakfast service we had a very pleasant stay.

Please make the buffet breakfast earlier, or provide room service.
7:30 breakfast opens, slopes open at 8:30. It’s a complete and utter rush for breakfast and ski locker.

We enjoyed our stay in Hotel Rila Borovets. The room, and the bathroom especially, were on the small side. That said, it’s right by the slopes and you can pretty much ski right into the hotel. We took the half board option, which was very convenient. There’s a wide variety of options, though hard to get the waiters to serve you drinks.
The hotel has the reputation as the best one in Borovets. We enjoyed our stay, and would likely stay there again if we return to the resort

Harika bir konaklama geçirdik, kızım ile birlikte kayak tatili için gittik. Otelde özellikle kayak amaçlı gidenler için konfor öne çıkarılmış direkt pistlere erişiminiz var. Kayak odası büyük ve yeterli online check in ile kargaşa olmadan işimizi hallettik. Kahvaltı ve yemekler çok başarılı hem bol çeşit hem de her şey taze, kaliteli ve lezzetliydi. Otel içinde ki imkanlar çok iyi Spa alanı, restoranlar, kafe ve barlar çok keyifli. En iyi yönleri ise çalışanları, resepsiyonistler, garsonlar, çalışanlar çok ilgili çözüm odaklı ve kibarlar. Odalar her gün temizleniyor ve otel yenilenmiş çok temiz odaya girdiğinizde temiz oda-eşya kokusunu alıyorsunuz. Erken check in istemiştim otel vardığımızda 10 dk içinde tüm işlemleri bitirip yaklaşık 4 saat öncesinde odaya yerleştik. Çok konforlu ve keyifli bir seyahat yaşadık.

The hotel is great! The location is right next to the slopes, and is close to many restaurants. The breakfast was amazing, the rooms are great. We asked for a baby crib and it was waiting for us in the room. All staff personals were very nice. Would definitely come back.
