On the first day of our stay, we had dinner at the restaurant attached to the hotel. The staff were very polite and the food was delicious. The room was clean and comfortable.

I had a great stay at Quality Hotel Galaxen. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. My room was spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options, and the restaurant served delicious meals. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay!

Great service, friendly staff and good breakfast. Avoid 7th floor, as it's straight under the Gym/Spa, so there's lot of noise until 9pm. Shops and restaurants nearby, but limited options on Sunday evenings. Flying Reestaurant & Pub is really nice and it's in the same building.

The hotel features a spacious recreational area equipped with shuffleboard and ping pong tables. The front desk staff is exceptionally welcoming and provides complimentary parking information. And nice breakfast

The rooms have not received their necessary overhaul, stripped and worn apart from the lobby which has received a careful make over.So what keeps the visit going is the breakfast, the range is standard with some local elements, but what sets it apart is the staff on shift who keep it exceptionally well taken care of.

Hotel Galaxen is not alone in struggling with a mediocre construction from the 80s. The renovations have been carried out point by point, from economic and environmental considerations it is certainly wise. As a guest, you then have to live with a bit of edge-supported furniture, a stain here and there. However, the female staff at the reception happily deliver good service. The breakfast selection is large, but no special unique local touch in terms of bread and cold cuts. Holds a discounted rate from my membership, however what it seems to mean is that they put you in the smallest rooms available. The worst place in Borlange. Not a Nordic choice worthy hotel. Rooms terrible, very dirty, very small.. and No aircon in hotel with 31 degrees outside. Everything and everybody was boiling hot. No cleaning.. unless you ask for it. Just overall terrible service.

Great staff and great experience. During all my one week stage I had a great experience in terms of service and hospitality. The breakfast buffet was exceptional and the location great. I'l be back soon
