Сотрудники в основном не приветливые. Может только к русским . Я так и не понял .

التعامل سيء جدا من قبل موظفي الاستقبال. تم استقبالنا من قبل رجل كان جيد في الخدمه ثم قابلتنا سيدة ترتدي النظارات وكانت الأسوء في التعامل الفندق جيد ولكن تم تقييم الفندق على سوء التجربه من الموظفه عند تسجيل الخروج كانت ايضاً موجودة وبدأت بالتحدث مع الموظفه التى تقوم بتسجيل الخروج وهنا تغيرت طريقتها لا اعلم لماذا تلك السيده التي ترتدي النظاره ماذا تحمل في قلبها لنا ومالذي فعلناه بالرغم من اني دفعت كامل المبلغ عند الحجز طلب مني دفع مبلغ زياده غير مبرر لأسباب تم تغييرها
