Unique place some highs and lows. Nightly meals were excellent. Breakfast average. Lunch was one of the worst have had. Overall place was clean and room was very nice, except for one feature. All the doors slam shut. So when you are trying to sleep at night and anyone goes in and out of their room it makes a loud slam. It would take a simple mechanical fix to make them shut without this issue.

Es un hotel que cumple con las instalaciones, la ubicación. Sin embargo muy diferente al resto de nuestra experiencia en Islandia…en el restaurante no esperes demasiado. La atención es…. Limítrofe diría yo. Pero bien ubicado para explorar la región. Recomendable.

This is a great hotel in the middle of Husafell. Fantastic service, nice clean rooms. Excellent service and friendly staff. Just what you want in a good hotel. By far the highlight of this hotel is the restaurant. We went there twice and were blown away by the creativity and quality of the food and drinks. Cocktails were inventive and delicious. Food was amazingly good, great presentation and the service was excellent - attentive and friendly. We tried the lamb, cod, and pork belly - all were fantastic. We could not say enough good things about this restaurant.
