Hotel location is very good and safe in the center of Bordeaux. This street is quieter at night. My room has a nice balcony. The bed is very comfortable and clean. The attitude towards the guests is very professional and helps in everything. Needs to be improved: if the curtains in the room are dirty, the reception girls are slow and not very helpful.

The entrance of this hotel in Bordeaux is small, it is only a single door, in the back streets, there are one-way streets that cannot turn around and are difficult to drive. Long parking is not allowed. Self-driving cars have to stop and walk for five minutes in the underground public parking lot of Bordeaux Exchange Square , 25 Euro a night. The hotel has its own restaurant, the front desk and other pictures are quite different from what is provided online. They are actually simple and all self-service. The accommodation only gives a very retro key, which must be handed over to the front desk every time you go out. The elevator in the hotel is very small, the room is small, the bed in the triple room is small, and the bathroom is also small. The room has a double-layered window that can be opened, carpet floor, good hygiene, and complete toiletries. Do not open the windows at night, because outside is a garbage dump, it is very noisy in the middle of the night, and there are always loud noises of loading and unloading. The hotel is close to major attractions on foot, low cost performance, not suitable for parent-child travel.

This is the best service hotel I have been in Europe for 20 days, and the price is very favorable 420 yuan per night for a single room, and the second night also gave breakfast staff (I met the staff on duty are very nice) Friendly and enthusiastic luggage helped me move up and down (there are elevators, but there are several waiting elevators), the English communication is smooth, and the most praiseworthy thing is the location, in the city center, surrounded by shopping district attractions are a few minutes walk , bus, tram station is so convenient next time if you come to Bordeaux, you must choose to live here! The room is not big, barely enough, there is a free underground garage, very close to the central area, you can play the old city on foot, very convenient. But the air conditioner will automatically shut down at night, I don't know if it is environmental protection. But fortunately, it is not hot, not bad. The hotel signboard is not very obvious, it is not easy to see, there is a one-way street in front of the door, and it took two laps to find it.

Todo excelente desde la atención del personal, las instalaciones, habitaciones y baños, es de apreciar que utilizan los productos de Nuxe. Definitivamente me volvería a hospedar en este hotel.

Supernice and supergood hotel, marvelous room and central downtown location. Normally i book rooms in the 100-150E range. I decided to go a bit more luxurious and i tremendously enjoyed it. Im an easy going traveler, i was i Bordeaux to assess architecture and urbanism projects. I rented a bike to go around the city. The hotel staff is very naturel an friendly, no rush to empty your wallet but rather making sure you have a great time... Best hotel experience i had i a lon time travelling the globe. Wholeheartedly recommended!! Bordeaux is the best French City!
