Bon hôtel, personnel accueillant, salon et salle du petit déjeuner agréable, qualité de la literie au top ! ☺️👍 Peut-être que concernant le déjeuner, avoir des choix un peu plus végétal serait top par exemple des yaourts il y a déjà le lait de soja ce qui est bien 👍

Je partage ma récente expérience chez eux et c'est une catastrophe, une honte absolue, je pense que si une commission d'hygiène passe les voir par surprise c'est fermeture direct. J'ai partagé les photos pour prouver mes dires, à ma 2ème nuit j'ai contracté une allergie à l'oeil gauche par rapport aux produits chimiques sur la moquette. Une odeur bizarre s'y dégageait et je me suis dit peut être que c'est normal c'est un produit nettoyant qui sent fort. J'ai demandé à changer d'appart on m'a dit ok mais ça n'est jamais fait. Comment on peut louer à un client une chambre dans cet état comme le montre les photos ? J'étais déjà venu il y'a 2ans mais c'était pas comme ça, là les choses se sont dégradées au point même que ça peut affecter votre santé. Faites attention à vous, cet appart hôtel n'est plus ce qu'il était.

Arnaque pas du tous aux Chartrons mais bien au milieu de la cité de bordeaux lac , couloir qui sent les égouts, murs dégradés, moquette décolorée , joint de baignoire jaunit, filtre de la machine à café dégoûtant et canapé lit pas fait et sale alors que nous avons réservé pour 4 personnes. Le tous pour 120€ la nuit , vraiment à fuir à tous prix !

Buen apparthotel con habitaciones amplias y fácil aparcamiento, en mi caso a muy bien precio, por contra la zona no es la mejor y te encuentras a 4 km del centro. El personal es muy atento y la mayoría habla español cosa que se agradece si no sabes inglés o francés.

A disaster, I'm used to staying in hotels and giving them high marks, but this is the worst experience of my life. Haughty, unpleasant, unprofessional receptionist, a shame for a hotel!!!! The hotel that refuses my reservation, I know prk but I prefer to abstain!!! The hotel will lose a lot of Customers because of this mediocre Receptionist

hotel opposite the large park HLM, very noisy room on the Boulevard side room: smell of sewer in the bathroom as well as in the corridor, no hand soap, modest cleaning of the room and common areas. Very very very modest breakfast not worth the price.
