la alfombra estaba cubierta de manchas imposibles de describir, de colores varios. Aire acondicionado sin posibilidad de control, olor a humedad en los pasillos (otros pasajeros del mismo tour tenían ese olor dentro de su habitación). un solo ascensor para todos los pisos, lo cual tornaba muy lento su uso. desayuno regular. alejado del centro y, por lo tanto, de la posibilidad de tener disponibles restaurantes o lugares para comprar alimentos por la noche tarde.

Small, but clean and convenient. 24 hours service desk. All workable.
Affordable and workable ( do NOT expect any luxury there ) - not that kind of place.

Quarto e banheiro de bom tamanho.
Recepcionista que nós atendeu, falava espanhol, o que foi conveniente pra nós.
Box do banheiro não tinha fechamento de vidro total, somente metade, e isso acarreta molhação do piso do banheiro.
Chuveiro tinha pouca pressão de água.
A localização é muito longe dos locais de interesse.

It was our 1st time to France- Bordeaux and we were very exited to visit the region. To our surprise right after we entered the lobby it was a rundown, 2 star old hotel in a very bad, dirty and dark area. My wife and I were scared to even go out to the street. Carpet was dirty and stained, walled chipped and tiles broken. However the worse part was mold and mildew on the bathroom ceiling shower and bedroom. No wonder we immediately smelled an overwhelming humidity oder in the hallway and room. We will NEVER forget this hotel nor our arrival to France because of this hotel (not in a good way). It's very sad that we had to stop here before we continue our trip to Paris. Regards

Bon hôtel, personnel accueillant, salon et salle du petit déjeuner agréable, qualité de la literie au top ! ☺️👍 Peut-être que concernant le déjeuner, avoir des choix un peu plus végétal serait top par exemple des yaourts il y a déjà le lait de soja ce qui est bien 👍
