Reception couldn’t have been more helpful. Speaking English and pointing us in the direction of places to eat. Highly recommend and definitely will go there again

Parking area very good, service correct, to spend a couple of nights, you have to bring shampoo and a hair dryer, there are none.

Hotel way too expensive for the quality. 35 euros would be the maximum for this type of hotel. Otherwise clean and good bedding

The reception is until 9:00 p.m. Then you have to deal with the machine at the entrance. They don't provide hand soap. There is a device that gives foam in the shower and from there you have to take the foam for your hands. The equipment is quite basic and the hotel is very far from the center of Bordeaux.
On the positive side, the receptionist was very nice and spoke Spanish, enough to understand each other. The shower water came out at a good temperature.
