I loved the accommodation, lovely building with real character, nice and clean, light and airy. The host was super friendly and made me feel so welcome. It’s in a great spot, really central within walking distance of the Main Street Saint Catherine and a nice square virtually next door. I really couldn’t recommend this highly enough.

Most enjoyable stay in a historical part of Bordeaux. Our room was spacious and well equipped, our host was attentive and provided everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious, she added something special every morning in addition to the croissants, bread,coffee and other normal offerings. Frédérique was a delightful host. We will return if ever in the area and recommend to our friends.

Situated perfectly in the quartier St. Pierre Beautiful jardin d’hiver - or rather stunning Very close proximity to Rue St. Catherine, le Miroir d’eau, le Triangle d’or, restaurants, cafés, coffee shops, brunch places, la Cathédrale St. André and la tour Pey -Berland. The hotel offers complementary filtered water, madeleines and small chocolates. It’s a kettle boiler in the room, and supplementary tea bags. The hostess is very attentive. She even left some extra to eat in the fridge in the room and every day she made sure that everything was fine. The tram C and D stops only a few minutes away, directly from Gare St. Jean to tram stop Place de la Bourse. The coolest thing is: When travelling from the airport Mérignac to Bordeaux city centre, instead of taking the shuttle coach for € 8 (duration 30 min.), jump on bus no. 1. It will take app. 50 min. and only cost you € 1.70. The bus stop is Victoire (Somme) and you can walk directly to Le Miroir aux Fêes along Rue St. Cathrine while listening to the beautiful French language. Bienvenu.e à Bordeaux !

A pesar de que la ubicacion es inmejorable y el personal muy simpatico y atento, las instalaciones nos decepcionaron mucho, la habitacion un caos, el baño fuera de la habitacion, y muy pequeño y a pesar que pone que hay servicio de limpieza , en 5 dias no hicieron la habitacion , ni nos cambiaron las toallas del baño. Pasamos frio ya que la calefaccion por ahorrar la cortaban, solo habia de 18 horas a 23 horas, y de 6 a 10 horas. El desayuno muy escueto, un cruasant y 2 trozos de pan , eso si las mermeladas buenísimas. Luego tenian un frutero con las mismas frutas desde el primer dia que llegamos ( un poco pasadas ya) algunos yogures , y una tartera con algunos trozos de pastel ( los mismos trozos duraron los 5 dias) De todos los alojamientos de todos mis viajes, este lo pongo el último, no nos hizo sentir a gusto.
