Had a wonderful time. The bed was so comfortable. Valerie was a delight and so helpful with advice and tips for our daily trips. Her husband is so kind too. All in all, great location and wonderful hosts. Would definitely recommend staying here. Short walk to the tram stop. Bordeaux and St Emilion worth a visit. Will be coming back for sure. Perfect bed and breakfast in Bordeaux. A very comfortable room in a lovely building all set in a convenient location. Valérie creates a fun, energetic, and engaging atmosphere for her guests over her delicious morning breakfasts. I still miss those morning breakfasts — as well as her warm welcome each morning. Nothing felt like too much trouble. Absolutely recommended. We would definitely return.

Comfortable bed. Plenty of hot water. Delicious breakfasts. Valérie is a spectacular hostess - we parked the car and rode the tram (easy!) or walked everywhere we wanted to go. She had guidebooks, maps and suggestions based on our interests. We enjoyed them all ♥️ and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay with her … and Toffee.

Very pleasant stay
This was,a,quick two night stay. Our host was incredible accommodating. The room was clean and well furnished. The bed could have been more comfortable for us, but that is always a personal preference. Breakfast was very nice both mornings. Valarie provided very helpful guidance on getting around town and things to see and do.

Lovely host and home
Our host accommodated an early luggage drop off so we could visit Bordeaux without having to drag along our suitcases. Very friendly and helpful. Started our day with a tasty breakfast.

Quiet & convenient … Park your car and walk or take the tram (safe/convenient) … Valérie is a warm and welcoming host with very good English. Her suggestions were excellent! Comfortable bed, separate water closet, shower had plenty of hot water and a strong spray. The bed and pillows were fabulous. OH … and the breakfast was delicious too. You’ll enjoy making friends with Toffee if you’re missing your fur kid🥰⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

In August 2022 we spent five wonderful days in the house of Valerie, the owner. From the lodge you can reach the tram towards the city center in ten minutes on foot. Since there is no possibility for free parking in the vicinity of the lodge, Valerie offers a parking space in a nearby garage. The room is lovingly furnished with all comforts, shower and toilet are integrated into the furnishings of the room. Especially pleasant were the long conversations with Valerie during the rich breakfast, where Valerie gave us many helpful recommendations for activities in and around Bordeaux. Valerie read every wish from our eyes and gave us interesting insights into life in France during the conversations. We enjoyed our time in Valerie's house very much and can highly recommend this accommodation.

Everything went very well and our hostess did everything to facilitate our stay (advice for visits to restaurants... The proximity of the tram is a definite plus Nice breakfasts in the garden
