The staff were consistently helpful and friendly, helping with restaurant reservations and any other issues that arose. The restaurant staff were attentive. The only concern was with the very small fitness center. We would have appreciated more types of exercise equipment.

我們訂了豪華房含早餐，酒店是那種歐洲17/8世紀建築，最高層就是之前女僕住的🤗，在波爾多中心，位置非常方便，去各個景點和購物基本走路就到，都是10幾分鐘腳程🤭，衞生值得點贊，酒店入住客人也都非常安靜和友好

Hotel in a fantastic location location. Close to everything you need. Smart restaurants, bars and shops. With close access to tram and bus stops. Rooms cleaned daily and friendly helpful staff. There is a restaurant and bar in the hotel for dinner or breakfast, alternatively there are several cafes and bars nearby that serve a reasonable breakfast. (Coffee, juice and croissant) We would definitely recommend this hotel and stay again.

La ubicación es muy buena, el hotel esta bien, la limpieza es buena y las habitaciones están decoradas con excelente gusto. El problema es que yo reserve una habitación porque tenia balcón, la descripción del tipo de habitación incluía un balcón y elegí el hotel por esta razón. Sin embargo al llegar me asignaron una habitación muy pequeña y sin balcón. Al quejarme en recepción me comentaron que el balcón es aleatorio que este tipo de cuarto lo puede tener o no, te puede tocar o no. Me preguntaron si había solicitado el balcón, lo cual es ridículo porque la descripción del cuarto lo incluía así que, me decepciono muchísimo y hasta cierto punto las publicaciones son engañosas. Ténganlo en cuenta.

Hôtel en plein centre, facile d'accès. Un personnel accueillant, des chambres de qualités, sobres mais élégantes. Ma chambre côté rue était néanmoins un peu bruyante. On peut déplorer l'absence d'une petite table pour pouvoir poser l'ordinateur et travailler. Dans l'ensemble la prestation était au niveau du prix... sauf pour le buffet du petit déjeuner. Bien qu'arrivé de bonne heure (7h15) les plats chauds étaient secs et trop cuits ou re-cuits, les oeufs brouillés proches de l'omelettes. Bref le petit déjeuner, dernier souvenir de l'hôtel m'a profondément déçu.
