A very elegant and characterful place to stay. The surrounding area is a little grungy compared to the main tourist area a short walk away.

This very spacious (and quiet) apartment is excellent overall. Well appointed with super comfy bed and very strong shower. Lovely coffee machine and Samsung TV. Plenty of cupboard space, seats and sofa, with soothing decor. Location is just 5-10 mins walk to the tram network and centre of town. Visitors should find it easy to use the trams and well worth buying day(s) tickets on the App. For those wanting to walk around town, most attractions and sights are in the central area.

Beautiful unit; terrible service/support. A sleek, modern unit raises your expectations, but the services disappoint. The phone number and email address given in the room did not function. The soup dispenser remained empty. A wall light flickered.

Arrived to find apartment not ready. We were Asked to return in 1 hour, they cleaner said he would keep our bags and gave us the passcode to get in on return. We returned approximately 1.5 hours later, used passcode for entry and got into the apartment to find it not ready or clean, bad smell of cigarettes and red wine we had received emails and whats apps saying they had issues with the previous client who wouldn't vacate the property, and they asked us to wait until after 6pm, we had been travelling all night. They couldn't offer an alternative but offered full refund if got alternative accommodation which was quite stressful and it was of a lower standard, but I did receive my refund for which I am very thankful for. I'm sorry I can't give anything positive. Also it was advertised as a 1 bedroom apartment with a sofa bed which "I believed to be a separate bedroom and living area with sofa bed" ,but it was actually an all in one bedroom living dining area

Good comfortable room, wish I’d read the very late check in times and early checkout times before I’d booked.
