The staff were ok and friendly, otherwise I cannot recommend that place at all. It is not worse the money to pay for a room. The floor in the room was definitely not clean we found in the refrigerator a very old piece of cheese, we also find an empty bottle of vodka behind the dusty spare bed sheet. The bed had only 1 night table as well as it had no plugs to switch the lights on and off from the bed.

Hôtel vétuste et pas insonorisé. En cas de pluie c’est une catastrophe. Le bruit est insoutenable. On nous répond que c’est la structure mais qu’il n’y a jamais de plainte (voir les autres commentaires pour juger de la pertinence de cette réponse) Vaisselle minimaliste. Cuvette des science ne tient pas. Tv inutilisable.

Appart city est proche du CHU Pellegrin. L'appartement est bien et le personnel à la réception sympathique. Toutefois un bémol : le petit déjeuner laisse à désirer. Malgré qu'Il soit servi de 7h à 10h quand nous sommes arrivés à 8h55, il ne restait plus qu'un seul croissant , 2 mini crêpes, les pommes étaient abimées et il restait un seul verre de jus d'orange dans une bouteille. Heureusement il y avait du pain ! Toutefois je n'ai pas vu de grille-pain. Bref, je déconseille d'opter pour le petit déjeuner et je conseille d'amener ce qu'il faut et de le prendre dans l'appartement. Ce que je ferai lors de mon prochain séjour.

Chambre mal isolée : froide et bruyante / Bonde de lavabo cassée / Couette pleine de tâches jaunes... / Ascenseur qui dysfonctionne... Pour couronner le tout : douche à l'écossaise : jet bouillant puis froid tout le temps de la douche ! Heureusement que je ne me suis pas lavée la tête. Que dire de plus... Très déçue. Obligée de changer de chambre... Très peu de considération. Seul point positif : le jus d'orange du petit déjeuner : très bon Mais ça fait bien cher : + de 9 euros le petit déjeuner.... Pour conclure ... Passez votre chemin !

La fois d’avant il y avait un problème de chaudière et d’eau chaude
Cette fois ci c’était l’ascenseur qui était en panne et le logement était au 6ème et pas d’infos lors de la resa la veille
