The hotel room was okay and the location was relatively remote. I stayed for 3 nights and received a deposit of 380 euros. I locked the credit card and confirmed it with the front desk when I left. Everything was fine. The deposit was refunded to me two days later. But they charged me 132 euros and called me to ask what happened. They said we had used the hotel breakfast, but we said no. In the end, the hotel took a minute to verify it and said it was a mistake. Now we have to refund the money. I have an IBAN account. Bank of China does not have such an account at all. Then they told me to send me the process of checking the account number. The first time I gave them my husband’s account number, I did not receive an email after an hour. The second time I called them, they sent my email again. I gave it to them, but I didn’t send an email. I sent an email to the hotel again, and I’ll see when they will get a reply. I feel like it was intentional.

Avoid by any chance and thank me later. In one word: NIGHTMARE. Smelly old hotel with renovated lobby. The whole hotel smells like a public bathroom.
At night the reception desk doesn’t work and you need to use intercom to get in (if you’re lucky and there is someone to actually let you in- in our case it took some time waiting in a rain).
The “vintage” AC in our room was blowing hot air while being set on cold. It for sure remembers better times.
After one night we booked other hotel nearby and it was the best decision we could make (unfortunately not a day earlier).

Perfectly located hotel, very very practical luggage storage service, charming staff, quiet despite the proximity of the tramway
To review the cleanliness of the rooms unfortunately, we stayed there 2 nights but the room was not cleaned, the sheets were just pulled with the bed more or less made, the toilets were not cleaned, the carpet in the room was not vacuumed and it was also missing a towel that we had to collect at reception so we still need to see it again for a 4 star
