Cocoloco Beach Resort Reviews

It is located in station 3. The front part is their restobar which is infront of the beach and the main hotel is at the back which is still near the beach. They will welcome you with welcome drink. Staffs are very accommodating and they put very cute towel decor everytime we ask them to clean. All in all we had a very nice stay here. Definitely will recommend this.

The familiar and cozy hotel is perfectly located directly on the beach and impresses with its 70s/80s charm with lots of wood and bamboo.  The southern section of the beach is some quieter and less frequented than the northern section with its hotels and the D-Mall.  The owners of the hotel and its staff are very kindly and helpful. We felt very comfortable at the Cocoloco. We were even invited to eat Christmas cake and when one of my children wasn't feeling well, we were offered help straight away. The ladies at reception and the housekeeping staff were very friendly and hard-working. The rooms were clean and the grounds very well maintained. We could feel that it’s very important to the family that the guests feel comfortable. Many thanks for everything and all the best for the new year! See you!

A small hotel, we lived on the 2nd floor, the room is small, in principle everything is as in the photo, there was hot water, from the water heater, the windows overlook the courtyard, it is quiet and calm, but it rained and it was very humid, damp, and nothing dried at all, the clothes were damp and smelled of dampness, it did not dry either outside or in the room, the air conditioner works very loudly, like a tractor)), it was impossible to leave the room with the light on, the key always had to be taken when leaving and left at the reception. But in general it is normal, the beach is clean, the hotel has a bar, there are sun loungers, beach towels. The breakfast is varied, delicious.

The location and the staff at the hotel are great! All the employees are always helpful and very friendly. We had a room with a large terrace with a view of the water, which was fantastic. The hotel is on the quiet part of the beach path, which we found very pleasant.

Great hotel, very nice staff, unobtrusive, but very responsive, help with any request. Excellent location at the 3rd station, there are the least people here, and the hotel itself is like in the jungle, quiet. There are sun loungers and this is a significant plus, and also very good varied breakfasts.

Very nice hotel, located at the 3rd station, right on the beach, very clean, good staff, their own sun loungers, there is a bar, a quiet place. I recommend. The only downside is a lot of stray dogs that gather right near this hotel.

This is our second stay at this hotel and we are happy with everything! Friendly staff, great breakfast selection, beautiful garden! Close to the beach and sun loungers.

Excellent hotel on the first line of the beach. There are few people on the beach and the second station is also close. 5 minutes walk to 7/11 store. Delicious breakfasts from 6.30 to 11 with a large selection overlooking the sea. The bar has a happy hour for cocktails from 15.00 to 20.00. The rooms are clean, large, and there is always hot water. Safe, refrigerator, air conditioning, hair dryer, TV. Cleaning upon request. Everything is perfect.

Not a bad hotel for 3 stars, we had a standard room, nothing special, the only thing is the bathroom is small and there is no partition with the toilet, only a shower curtain. It was also crazy to me that changing towels is free once a week, but it costs 250 pesos. It is located at the 3rd station, a bit far from all the action, of course, but it’s quiet. A nice bar to sit in the evening. The staff is very polite and smiling. And the breakfasts are not bad, there is no buffet, the choice is from the menu. The choice itself is not very large, but everything is fresh and tasty.
