Great home stay! The place is very clean and in quite a good location. Pedro there was super friendly, letting us check in early and giving us a free breakfast even! It was a fantastic stay, highly recommend it to anyone.

Absolutely great host and his son. Nice place ad service,It was the best place of stay of my trip to Portugal due to the host, envronment and service. Breakfast is good and does not cost much,It should be requested separately.I would go there again if I come to Porto.

Stayed for a couple of nights and this place is fine for that length of time. Our room was smallish, but ok for a couple with a carry-on suitcase and a personal bag each. It was perfectly clean, as was the renovated bathroom. Good water pressure and available hot water. Our bed was a bit hard, which might be uncomfortable for some people. There was a TV in our room and many English language channels are available. There was also a USB port in the TV so we could have brought some movies from home if we wanted to watch anything. The owner and staff are excellent. Really friendly are make a big effort to ensure you have a comfortable stay. English is spoken but not fluently. Spanish or French would also help if you cannot speak Portugese. The breakfast was ok, some bread rolls with ham, tea/coffee/hot chocolate, sliced cheese and meat. There's a nice courtyard area with BBQ and pizza oven, as well as chairs to relax in. The kitchen is equipped if you want to make your own meals. The location is good, a 10-15 minute walk to the old town depending on where you want to go. It's also close to the main coach/bus station if you want to take a trip to villages in the area. It's also a 8-10 min walk to Campanha, where you can take a regional train to the coast south of Porto and the nice beaches there. Note - you can only pay for Metro travel with a contactless card if it is Visa. So for the most part, you may need to still buy an Andante and load trips to it.

Great guest house, very clean, smells great. Very friendly staff, happy to cater all your needs. 5 min walk to the nearest metro station, about 15 min walk from the centre of porto, 10 mins walk to a large array of cafe/ restaurants, 2 mins walk to a supermarket. I would go back if visiting porto again, exactly what a 4 day city break needs.

the room was so clean and i literally ran my finger on the floor because i like to be barefoot in the bed room. it was large, and comfortable. the bathroom was a little small. the reception didnt speak a lick of english but even so we managed with a translator and she was so nice. breakfast is very basic but filling. and even though it slightly far from center i walked just fine, and im by no means athletic. there is a grocery store round the corner which is very conventient. and the bus route is easy to figure out. there is also a metro stop very close. i thoroughly enjoyed being there and absolutely would stay again.

Great room with aircon in central Porto, ideal for budget-conscious travellers. Breakfast is available for 3 euros. QR code reader on my phone would have made check-in a breeze… En suite bathroom is great in a guest house. Only 15 min walk from bus and train station but up a hill, so make sure your bags are light and you are fit!

Courteous and kind staff, attentive to needs and necessities. Pedro a fantastic host! Quiet and very spacious room, standard bathroom and thorough cleaning. We stayed two days and they always changed all the towels! Breakfast at €3 both sweet and savory, thanks to Barbara who welcomed us with great enthusiasm and delicacy at breakfast! Excellent location for the city center, close to the 24 August metro. Typical Porto house!
