Ninguém na receção, porta trancada. Difícil contactar para poder entrar. Limpeza péssima. Produtos de casa de banho estragados e não correspondia a embalagem. Cama com pouca limpeza e desconfortável.

Self check in con qualche problema, presidio solo telefonico (però attivo e funzionante). Colazione triste, camere d’altri tempi (sempre pulite e ben in ordine). Personale molto cordiale e gentile (fa guadagnare punti). Buona posizione vicino alla metro.

Llegamos hoy, y al preguntar por parking donde decía con Parking , no existe. La habitación muy bonita, con 30 grados a la noche y sin aire acondicionado . No funciona, nadie se molesto para que estuviéramos mejor. Ni un ventilador para paliar el calor. Muy triste, que no se preocupen por los clientes. No les aconsejo. Queda muy lejos del centro, barrio no muy lindo. Experiencia nefasta. No aconsejo este hotel , para disfrutar de unas vacaciones. Ni se preocupan por el pasajero

Staff were awesome!we arrived during the national electricity breakout and all the restaurants and markets were closed they were kind enough to give us some food from the next morning breakfast.We enjoyed every bit of our experience in this hotel.

Very quiet area. Hotel staff very accomodating and responsive on Wattsapp at anytime. Its not a new hotel but the rooms are clean and comfortable. Beds have memory foam pillows which makes stay relaxing. Will visit again.
