Excelente atendimento e um excelente espaço para se ficar. Muito bem decorado e com excelentes condições. Serviço de pequeno almoço muito bom, assim como todo o staff. A estadia foi muito tranquila, dando para descansar. Super recomendo!

I'm staying here and the air conditioning simply DOESN'T WORK. It's stuck at 26 degrees, the apartment is hot and I can't sleep. The receptionist came up with a lame excuse that many guests had complained about the cold and simply locked the temperature in all the rooms, leaving me with no way to choose a temperature that was right for me. The worst part is that I'll spend another two months here, probably without being able to sleep.

Hotel correcto pero muy alejado del centro, el camino por la noche no es muy recomendable si vas andando. En cuanto a las habitaciones son amplias y limpias, pero el servicio con nosotros digamos que no fue acertado, nos faltó jabón en el dispensador de la ducha, tuvimos que llamar y pedir, éramos tres personas y nos ponían toallas solo para dos, agua solo para la primera noche (aún siendo filtrada) y no nos llegaron a cambiar los vasos en cuatro noches. Ningún canal en español en la televisión, el primer día lo comunicamos en recepción y no llegaron a solucionarlo en cuatro días. El personal de recepción poco cercano y estirado. Lo siento pero no puedo recomendar este hotel, nuestra experiencia no ha sido buena, es un hotel de 4 estrellas, no pueden tener tantos fallos.

A small bit out of the old town. About 20 minute walk all downhill .. so uphill coming back. Nearest metro about 400 metres. Uber is econimcal way of getting back. Rooms are fine. Balconies are too small to sit out. The view is not great anyway. The highlight of the hotel is the rooftop bar. A perfect way to sit out relax and enjoy the sunset after a day in the city.

Nice clean modern hotel with room for three. Breakfast is on the slim side but good. Location is convenient and safe although up a hill to climb up from the river area. There is no good metro service in Porto but Ubers are convenient and inexpensive

The welcome was very business like. No perks are welcome feeling. The bathroom was absolutely fabulous, but the bath towels were an absolute disgrace, they were thin & worn-out. The net curtains had stains on them. The furnishings were also stained. Vegan & vegetarian are not catered for in the menu.
