The room was neatly organized and very comfortable. All the staff were friendly and wonderful people. I was glad that the room was cleaned and the towels were replaced daily. The access to the city was convenient, and I would love to use it again.

We had a lovely stay in the hotel and really loved the spacious room and the beautiful surroundings. The shopping, restaurants and bars were near but the we enjoyed the quiet neighbourhood. We’d definately stay again. Thank you to all the lovely staff for making our stay so easy and enjoyable.

Gostaria de elogiar especialmente os funcionários que nos fazem sentir em casa: Matheus, Jessica da recepção, Luana, Maria, Francisca, Thiago e a estagiária que nos ajudou no café da manhã. Além disso, quero agradecer a Marco e Diogo, que nos recepcionaram na noite anterior com muita simpatia. O atendimento foi excepcional! No entanto, sinto que o hotel tem um grande potencial que não está sendo explorado completamente. A história do lugar, os serviços prestados e as experiências únicas que oferece merecem ser destacados. Como profissional de comunicação, não pude deixar de notar a falta de marketing eficaz. Sugiro investir em conteúdo visual, como vídeos, para mostrar a essência do hotel. Gostaria de oferecer minha ajuda! Merveilleux séjour. L’hôtel est très propre, bien situé, chambre spacieuse, oreillers moelleux L’accueil est un sans faute. La gentillesse de toute l’équipe est un atout. Boisson de bienvenue, apéritif offert, petit déjeuner délicieux. Je recommande vivement !

Amazingly comfortable and friendly hotel. Has the feeling of a high-end opulent hotel, without the faceless treatment you tend to receive from 4&5 star hotels. From the time we arrived we were pampered with welcome drinks, pasteis de nata and a warm welcome. The rooms were clean, spacious and had further treats awaiting us - brownies, port and chocolates! There was a bath as well as a shower, complementary smellies, bathrobes and slippers The breakfast was all you could ask for, and more, with food ranging from fresh fruit to bacon, sausages, pastries, pancakes, eggs and a lot more, all freshly prepared. The walls are all covered with interesting pieces of art, which also adds to the stay If you’re in Porto and want something just a bit different this is definitely the place to stay

Very nice rooms comfortable and with a lot of space. We stayed 4 nights and first 2 nights the hot air conditioned wasn't working, this was the only problem we had but with 13 degrees outside I can insure that when you wake up in the morning it’s not good at all. All personnel very smart and professional. One of them recommended a Top Fish restaurant. Breakfast was very good and they also offer a very good sparkling wine that early in the morning was a new experience :)
