The location is good, there is a parking space and an elevator that can be reached without going up the stairs first. It is clean and tidy. There are washing machines and dishwashers. It is a 5-minute walk to the most popular pedestrian street and Farmer's Market, which is very convenient. Maria at the front desk was very welcoming. We lost our door key and she promptly replaced it without any extra charge. Thank you.

It was amazing to stay here! The room was very stylish, elegant, and super comfortable. Everything you might need was provided. We stayed for just one night, but I wish we could have stayed longer—and it's definitely a great option for families too. The location is excellent, and there's even a private parking area for the hotel, which is a big plus. We enjoyed it a lot, and I highly recommend it without any hesitation! 😊

Wij hebben een appartement met 1 slaapkamer geboekt in Thomaz Palace in Porto en dit voor 3 nachten. We hebben rechtstreeks bij hun gereserveerd want dit was de beste deal met inbegrip van een parkeerplaats (zeer handig in Porto). De reservatie, behandeling en het ontvangst ging zeer vlot. Whatsapp wordt meestal gebruikt en de beantwoording van vragen gaat zeer vlot. We waren iets vroeger dan het afgesproken uur maar doordat er mensen van het appartement beschikbaar waren konden onmiddellijk inchecken en naar ons appartement gaan. Alles was aanwezig inclusief handdoeken en beddengoed (bed was opgedekt). Locatie was voor ons war we wouden. Het ligt op een heuvel aan de rechterkant van de rivier (zelfde kant als historisch centrum). Dit betekent wel dat je meestal bergaf gaat als je iets wil bezoeken maar bergop als je terug. Dit kan moeilijk zijn indien je al de hele dag hebt gewandeld. Er is wel een metrostation in de buurt. In de buurt van het appartement is ook een grote supermarkt welke handig is voor ontbijt en dergelijke. Ook de checkout ging heel vlot. Gewoon de sleutel in het appartement laten en de deur dicht trekken. Zeker een aanrader en iets waar we willen terug boeken indien we nog eens naar Porto gaan

nous avons été agréablement surpris par ce bel appartement, 1 chambre à coucher, 1 salon/coin cuisine vraiment très agréable pour passer 3 nuits à Porto. Un parking privé à disposition des clients. Cet hôtel est à 5 minutes des rues commerçantes et à 15 minutes du Douro. Petit bémol, les chambres sur la rue sont un peu bruyantes.

I’d really really like to give this property five stars. We were greeted by a friendly host who showed us the property and went over everything. For a bit under 600square feet it makes a terrific use of its space with plenty of storage and not one but two bathrooms. A person or a couple could live here comfortably for a real extended stay but has a large refrigerator and full kitchen. Comfortable living area and bedroom. The location is very good and walkable to many restaurants, shoppes, and a metro station. There is also a bus stop just steps away.
The singular drawback was in our particular unit as neither toilet worked properly. One would run without stopping so the tank would not fill. The other the tank only dripped full so it may take two hours before it had enough water to flush again. Bothe can be easily fixed and most likely will be. It would not stop me from staying there again. These things happen.
Nice people. Nice location. Nice apartment. Highly recommend. 4.5 stars.

O local é fantástico. um apartamento muito bem equipado com tudo que se precisa. muito caprichosos em todos os sentidos! excelente localização próximo ao metrô, mercados e ruas do centro. vale muito a pena. o atendimento é eficaz e a limpeza idem. foi muito bom estar no Thomaz Palace.
