Bolzano Hotels with Gym

Hotel Greif is a charming 4-star hotel with an excellent location, just a 5-minute walk from the train station. However, do note that the road leading to the hotel is a stone-paved street, which makes pulling luggage a bit challenging. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and we were pleasantly surprised when the reception allowed us to check in early at around 12 PM. However, we decided to leave our luggage and head out to explore the city first. The room was very spacious and beautifully designed with artistic elements. After reading the hotel’s introduction, I discovered that each room was uniquely designed by a different artist, which made our stay feel even more special. The bathtub was a great addition, adding extra comfort to our stay. Breakfast was impressive, offering a wide variety of high-quality options. A kind and attentive staff member also served hot food on demand, which enhanced the dining experience. One downside was the shared sauna, which was open to all genders and not private, so we decided not to use it. Additionally, there was only one USB port in the room, which made charging our devices a bit inconvenient, especially since we accidentally left our universal adapter at our previous hotel. Unfortunately, the hotel did not have any chargers available to borrow. Overall, our stay at Hotel Greif was very enjoyable. Despite a few minor inconveniences, the excellent location, spacious rooms, and great service made it a memorable experience. We would definitely consider returning in the future.

Super happy to live here! The environment is good and hygienic, the service is good, breakfast is good, everything is full, and there are swimming pools and spas. I'm the most satisfied hotel of all the trip. I'll return to revive it when I have time.

It's close to train station. Staff at reception is helpful. However, the shower place is easy to get water leaked out. Need to use carefully. The rest is good.

Ottima struttura ma alcune cose sono deludenti: piscina interna a temperatura gelida, impossibile da utilizzare, sauna inattiva, palestra poco servita. Per quanto riguarda la camera: lo scarico della doccia era otturato e dopo la doccia il bagno era allagato (cosa che evidentemente ha portato lo stipite della porta a marcire nel tempo), i letti sono “alla tedesca”, quindi privi di lenzuola ma con solo un piumino di piccole dimensioni che personalmente non gradisco, uno dei due piumini era forato, il frigobar era stato rimosso (nel senso che si vedeva lo spazio occupato, in precedenza, ma svuotato).

Over rated hotel. Not worth the 500 euros per night. Could easily find a hotel for less. Also when booking on this site, the algorithm booked my room for one month sooner. It was absolute hell getting this straightened out and charged me an additional 300 euro. So be wary!!!!
