My recent stay at the Radisson Cha-am was, overall, a very pleasant experience. The service was excellent, with staff being attentive and friendly throughout my visit. The atmosphere of the hotel was wonderful, creating a relaxing and enjoyable environment. I was particularly impressed with the stunning views from the hotel, which added a lot to the peaceful vibe.
The room itself was spotless and very comfortable, providing a great space to unwind after a day of exploring. Everything felt clean and well-maintained.
The only minor inconvenience I encountered was with the deposit collection process, which was a bit of a hassle. However, this was a small issue in an otherwise fantastic stay.
In summary, the Radisson Cha-am offers a high-quality experience with great service, a lovely atmosphere, beautiful views, and clean rooms. I would definitely recommend it!

First time staying here. We stayed before many times at other five star hotels in Hua Hin so this review is a comparison. The entire stretch of beach in front in this area is totally not clean. But we saw staff pick up trash one morning. The pool is fantastic. Large clean with seating areas and children play areas. Breakfast has many tasty varieties including for vegetarians. Housekeeping not clean enough. Forgot hand towels one day. Another day bathtub not cleaned well. All in all we enjoyed our six night stay and will be back to spend birthday here. Why? Because has excellent pool and modern updated rooms. We saw sun rises every day in our balcony. The happy experiences here made us forget the negative things. Overall recommend highly .

Pros. The resort is located next to the beach. Sea view room and breakfast is quite good. Check in and out process is well managed.
Cons. There's only one bathroom for a quadruple room. A single bed is apart from other. No TV in the living room. Car park is a bit far but there's a shuttle service.

Lovely stay for the new year! The room and facilities were very nice and out of my expectation! Staff were also very helpful and friendly! We loved the newly opened spa as well - definitely worth it!

Perfect place to stay on weekend. Lovely pool bar and pool where you can see the beach. Staffs are very friendly, attentive and polite from securitu, bellman, reception and all pool bar & restaurant. Room is spacious and having full amenities. The jacuzzi bath is very nice.

Value for money.
+ the kids facilities!!! Slides, swings, kids room etc.
+the breakfast. Was very good.
+ they think about the customer. They have a small shop so you can buy some basic things.
And a noodle station, so you can make by yourself a noodle and not waiting for a restaurant (most of them not very close)
- the location - a little far from everywhere. Even if you have a car.
- dated hotel. The rooms need an update and renovation.
We got a room with a dirty floor, they changed it immediately, and the other one didn’t have the stains but wasn’t very clean.

AAnonymous UserEverything is good only that there is a wedding party during our stay. And it’s very loud and disruptive. The kids couldnt use the pool and the noise was just very loud, not very relaxing. Don’t think we will come back again. Hopefully the hotel notify all guests about the party.

MMJ98First impressions: The hotel appears small from the front but stretches back quite far. It is noticeable that there is not much parking and I am not sure what accommodations they make in busier times of the year, however, it wasn't a problem for us on the day we stayed there. The staff were very friendly from the moment we arrived and we were well received by the staff who spoke good English and explained everything that we needed to know. Heading upstairs and seeing the restaurant and the swimming pools we were surprised by the size of the place, given the small frontage. There are multiple swimming pools located near each cluster of rooms so they're not always too full of people and there's plenty of space to relax in the pool and swim. The restaurant may appear small but breakfast times are split and you tell the staff when you arrive when you'd like breakfast so you'll be guaranteed space in the morning.
The Room: We chose the seaview room with a jacuzzi. The room had a nice view of the sea and the bed was very big and comfortable. We were particularly impressed by the size of the bathroom. The hotel provides slippers, dressing gowns and flip flops which all came in really handy. Additionally, items on the mini bar were complimentary which was a nice touch. The jacuzzi was also a nice addition but one complaint about the room is that not all of the controls worked for us. Also we found that the lighting in the room was a little strange and most of the lights were controlled by a large panel of switches next to the bed which was not very practical. Other than this the room was immaculately clean and the design was very nice.
The location: The hotel is not too far from the main road which makes it quite easily accessible by car. It is located on a road which does not have much else so it's appropriate for taking a relaxing walk, however if you want to find a shop you need to drive. We went to Cha Am town centre in the evening for the night market. It was very close by (by car) and had lots of options for food. The hotel also offers food in the evening, but there isn't anything else within walking distance.

This will be a highlight of your trip if you are an animal lover! You stay in an air-conditioned safari tent, and the shower and toilet are connected to the back of the tent in a semi open block. So at night it would be recommended to turn off the light if you're not using it to avoid attracting the bugs. You also have your own private plunge pool where you can sit in a watch the elephant go about their life.
We stayed for 2 nights, and I would say that you would want to stay here for at least 2 nights to get a chance to just sit in the pool and just watch the elephant and the wildlife. They have a restaurant on site which serve breakfast, lunch and dinner and the food is great! The staff are very attentive and were very good to us.
My only minor comment would be the shower kind of overlook the next tent, so when I'm in the shower I could see people in the tent over sitting in their pool and they could probably see the top of my head while I'm in the shower, which was initially a bit awkward to begin but it wasn't the end of the world so adding an additional 30 cm to the wall would be welcomed 😅 but it really didn't take anything away from this amazing place and the amazing experience.
I would also recommend the WFFT tour, which you can book through the staff at reception. We booked it for our checkout day so we can maximise our time and this lovely little gem.
1000/10 will definitely be back if it's available!

JJennywlzAlthough this hotel is a bit remote, it is really inconvenient to go if we rent a car ourselves. It is quite far from the center of Cha-Am County and there is nothing around. However, the whole resort environment is particularly beautiful, away from the tranquility of the world, like in a botanical garden, the three swimming pools are also beautiful, and there is an exclusive beach. In addition to the few guests staying in the store, there is basically no one, and the photos are also specially made. The breakfast is also very rich, the key price of this hotel is very reasonable, and there is no price increase on holidays. Regret ~ booked for one night, I will definitely stay here in the future.

The only downside is that the bed is a bit too soft for our preference, which caused some back discomfort. Other than that, everything has been fantastic. The breakfast is truly outstanding—fresh, delicious, and with a great variety of options. Plus, the location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach, making it super convenient for a relaxing getaway!
