A huge note is that they didn’t have a lift. If you’re travelling with an elderly person or a huge suitcase, be careful when you go to select the room type must looking for the ground floor. Overall, so far, so good. A huge hotel with a lot of rooms and buildings. You may expect a few steps from the main building to the beach, but that also gives you a bit of exercise, either by foot or by swimming, which is so good. Kids love the pool, but the elderly may find it’s difficult to get in and out of the pool as there’s only stainless steel pool ladder for pool access room type and most of the pool access surrounding instead of a proper walking step. Otherwise, you have to walk through the main pool at the beachfront to get safe access stairs to the pool.

Nice, large hotel with 2 pools. Staffs were attentive and great service minded. Spa was very well-decorated and professional therapists. Clean beach.

This hotel hospitality was very good, staffs are friendly and very kind. Also I got there around 1 pm (before 3 pm check in time) but fortunately I was be able to check in at that time ✨ thank you so much for your kindness. Restaurant was not very expensive. Also there is 7/11 in front of the hotel. One negative point was bath room was stinky 🥲 But only that. Room was very clean and view was perfect! If you are thinking, maybe you can enjoy the hotel 🕊️

Really love this place, the view is breathtaking and all staffs are so helpful especially the reception cat 🐱 (his name is Sa-Ngeam) he so gentle and human friendly 😄 I will definitely be there again for sure.

Pros: cute resort, on private clean beach, spacious room, cool AC, clean floor, good staffs, mini mart not too far, good clean pool, decent bev pricing, insect repellent creams Free of charge Cons: Didn’t get our rooms until 4 pm- staff said it was because we booked at 2am morning so no time to clean up but actually we booked 11 pm-ish?!, pillows all thick and have dusty cottony smell and sticks onto all our hairs. Out of 4 of us only 2 used the hotel’s pillow. Breakfast mediocre-low quality sausages/ ham/ no butter but margarine instead for bread, no bacon. Many large bloody mosquitoes in the room. We killed 5 before we could sleep.should have a shelf to place amenities and dry clothe Terrace not usable- too dusty with lizard droppings on the seats.

Sehr schönes und ordentliches Hotel mit riesigen Räumen. Komme hier immer wieder vorbei. Robinson ist zu Fuß erreichbar und auch sonst gibt es hier viele Attraktionen, die man mit dem Auto von hier anfahren kann. Das Hotel ist neuwertig, der Parkplatz groß, aber er kann auch voll werden. Das Personal ist super. Der Haken liegt am Geräuschpegel der Schnellstraße. Der Verkehr ist rund um die Uhr am Laufen und kann empfindlichen Menschen den Schlaf rauben. Das Frühstück ist eigentlich eher schlecht. Aus meiner Sicht etwas, das man verbessern sollte.

I love this place so much, this is my second time staying here. The service staff is very kind and smiling. The room is clean and beautiful. I will choose Vala next time.

Positive: -Design of the hotel is very nice and very picture friendly. -Many activities for kids , especially the pool. -food is nice even if a bit pricey. Negative: -hotel is isolated from the city of hua hin (40km) -room air conditioner is too powerful and can’t adjust the temperature -sound isolation is poor -tiny access to the sea

The hotel was an absolute delight! The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The bathtub was fantastic, perfect for a relaxing soak after a long day. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff were attentive and provided excellent service, making me feel well taken care of. The location was superb, with convenient access to transportation and attractions. Plus, there were plenty of activities to enjoy during my stay. Highly recommended!

Rated 6* given. The tranquility environment is top notch. All staffs from parking attendants to reception staffs; everyone with smiles and full of energy. Credit to the management. Breakfast was great. Will definitely return for longer stay.
