fantastico palazzo ricco di memorie storiche nel centro di Bolsena. ottima idea il voucher per il parcheggio. addetti al ricevimento molto cortesi e disponibili per consigli per il nostro soggiorno. al primo piano c'è una enoteca fornita di ottimi vini.

albergo,ma è riduttivo,situato nel centro della bella bolsena.palazzo antico piu simile a un museo,ma è un museo.staff più che cordiale ,piccolo problema in camera risolto subito,spostandoci in una stanza accanto pure più bella.vi sono stato ben 4 notti e potendo vi sarei stato di più. consiglio caldamente a chi vorrà venire da queste parti.pure il prezzo è più che competitivo.vorrei ritornarvi.

In a period building, of which it is possible to visit several rooms, rich in ancient furnishings and paintings. Large room, also with particular furnishings, perfect bathroom. Public parking very close by, the payment of which was taken care of by the hotel itself. Ideal location for visiting Bolsena.

The location is very suggestive, rather dilapidated rooms with inadequate services (the water jet from the sink, too small) came out of it, wetting the floor. We risked a serious accident due to the sudden detachment of a heavy finish on an unlikely canopy. Beautiful floor... uneven in several places, with obvious holes and tiles coming loose in several places. Modest breakfast, little variety with poor quality products and very limited time (barracks shifts) to consume it in due relaxation. Experience not to be repeated.

I stayed in this beautiful historic building well used as an accommodation facility. We appreciated the room, the cleanliness, the friendliness of the staff, the visit with the audio guides in some rooms rich in history and beauty. It's a shame that I wasn't able to enjoy breakfast in the dedicated room, as none of the desserts or croissants offered are available for those intolerant to lactose. Luckily I asked before booking breakfast which is obviously not for everyone.

Stunning building, room suited to the epochal style of the building, breakfast in a very suggestive room, entrance to the building that immediately makes you feel a seventeenth-century atmosphere. Wine shop on sight with a friendly and knowledgeable manager. All the employees are sociable and always smiling. We are in the center of the village with the castle dominating from above... I highly recommend it.

We booked an overnight stay in this structure on the occasion of Corpus Domini and the Bolsena flower festival. The centrality of the building and the excellent price for the size of the room and the lake view were important in the choice. We had not thoroughly researched the past and present of this Historic House built in 1561. The managers of the structure, Laura and Gianni, who also manage the Wine Gallery inside the Palace, were perfect hosts, supporting us at all times . The room was really excellent in terms of size and layout. The small terrace overlooking Lake Bolsena, a great added value. Then came the "gem": we accepted the managers' proposal to visit the different floors and rooms of the Palace, supported by audio guides (really acceptable cost, €5). We found ourselves immersed in history, beauty and art, admiring the fortepiano played by Mascagni during one of his stays here, the works of Annibale Carracci and Antonio Tespesta posted on the walls, the private chapel in which 2 popes celebrated mass! Over the centuries this Palace has hosted Stendhal, Verga, Guglielmo Marconi, Federico Fellini, royalty and nobles of various nations. There is no lift and this is the only limitation if you have to reach the rooms on the higher floors but, if there are no physical limitations, it is also quite a climb up the central staircase! We were helped by the managers for our luggage. An all-round experience that left us truly happy. I can say in all sincerity that the welcome I received, the special atmosphere and the quality-price ratio were truly excellent! It will be our first choice in future visits to Bolsena, no doubt!
