Our room was not cleaned very well. On one of the towes there was lipstick from a previous guest. Many of the elements and details in the room were off or broken, which is not to be expected from a 4 star hotel. The windows had no nets to stop the flies. The person at the front desk asked me for a credit card for a deposit for the mini bar in the room. Although I told him I do not intend to use the mini bar, he insisted to provide a card in order to be able to check in and as I did not want to leave my card with anyone, he wrote down my card details. The room temperature can’t be controled and it was so hot, that at one point I woke up middle of the night and thought I had died and went in hell. There is nothing near the hotel so the only water you can buy is from the mini bar and it was extemely overpriced. The breakfast was pretty much the only thing on point as the waiters were very nice and polite! All in all, for the price which was the cheapest the hotel is an acceptable option in case you value your money and can close your eyes for a few things.

Actually, I didn't have much hope, but I didn't know what it means to have no limit until I experienced it myself. First of all, it should not be called a hotel but a famous hostel. The room layout is converted from an old residence. First of all, the bed is covered with a blanket instead of a quilt. I just asked how you can ensure that the blanket is changed every day. I turned around and found a long hair on the wall of the bathroom, which means that the cleaning is not done seriously. Look at the toilet, it is facing the protruding edge of the washbasin. Is this designer stupid? With this design, the TV is equivalent to a decoration, small and not facing the bed. There is a bar downstairs. It's 10:45 pm now, and it's still very noisy! These foreigners usually drink until at least 12 o'clock, and the front desk told me that they close at 10:30. So, it is highly recommended! ...

The hotel is good in every way, but the location is a bit difficult to get to the city. The bus takes only half an hour to get there. The room, bathroom, and food are all very good overall.

Modern hotel, very comfortable to stay, 10 minutes away from Chinatown, convenient for eating. There is public transportation directly to the station nearby, very convenient, recommended to everyone

Hotel with excellent 24-hour service. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good facilities and location about 25 minutes walk from the center. 10 minutes by car from the airport.

In the north of Bo railway station. Great location, close to the expo exhibition center. Breakfast is average, dinner is okay. The room environment is very modern and a very comfortable check-in experience. The only regret is that the little brother who delivered things in the middle of the night failed to deliver them in time even though we asked for extra slippers. Other than this blemish, the overall experience was great.

The service is polite, the hotel staff responds effectively to inquiries, the location is not far from the city center, the transportation is convenient, the room is clean and tidy, satisfied and worth coming again.
