Best Western City Hotel - Photo Gallery

Nice little hotel with a funky futuristic building, on the edge of the city centre. Very friendly staff, quiet room with a comfortable bed. We had a very pleasant stay, I would go here again!

Breakfast quality is good

The location of the hotel is very convenient, only a ten-minute walk from Bologna Central Station. It is a bit far from the city center and major attractions and can be reached by bus. The two young men at the front desk were enthusiastic and courteous. We arrived at the hotel at 10 o'clock to help us check in early. Room cleaning space is within acceptable range. The room felt a bit cold. The lady at the front desk said that the air conditioner was turned off in the fall. We asked for an extra quilt but it was not delivered at midnight. We had to call another guy at the front desk to answer the question before the quilt was delivered. The breakfast has a rich variety of fresh ingredients and good taste.
