The hotel is close to the Ninth Park and the surrounding area is quite lively. The room is large, but the balcony is connected to the next room. When we did not open the balcony door, the waiter actually opened the door when we were out. He kept saying that Bogota's security is average, so I was a little scared! Everything else is OK, but there is a subway being built next to it, which is a bit noisy

Book this for my mom and brother and they loved the property. Convenience in location from the airport, great food, great customer service and room were clean and comfortable. Offer airport pick up and drop off service for a good price or there are scheduled free bus services.

Not very satisfied with the staff's responsiveness following a theft in my room. I was not allowed to see the surveillance videos, the taxi driver who ”helped” me search for my stolen smartphone which was geolocated in the North of the city charged me for the round trip but also for each minute spent with me while the taxi was not running. I do not recommend this hotel!

- Really good location in Chapinero. Close to Zona T, Transmilenio and Parque de los Hippies. - A huge breakfast buffet from 6 AM to 10 AM that was refilled until 10 AM. - Gym and spa area with sauna and steam room (haven't tried the spa area but it looked clean). - The staff was very helpful. - I would stay here again the next time.

The hotel is in a good location, very close to the exhibition hall, and it takes only 5 minutes to walk to the exhibition hall. The room is clean, spacious and quiet. The front desk is on the second floor, and there are many restaurants and convenience stores near the hotel, which is very convenient.
