The Faranda Hotel is a good option to stay in the North part of Bogotá. However, the access to the hotel is a bit tricky because of the road work at the moment of writing this review (07/2023). The room was basic/average. The hotel advertised to have a sauna but it did not. The gym was underwhelming. The restaurant looks really nice but the way the breakfast buffet is set is not the best. It look cramped in a small part of the restaurant. The choices for breakfast are very few.

Very good value for money, convenient location, close to the airport, the hotel is next to the main road, this price can have a suite with such a large space, it is really rare in South America, there is an open kitchenette, you can cook by yourself at night, this is for the Chinese stomach, you can eat hot Chinese food in a foreign country, Full of happiness 😋👍

Location Safe zone except at night in the luxury condominium town of the new city. Early morning walk is comfortable. There is also a supermarket nearby, and there are various things. Uber is about 20000 pesos for tourist spots.
The room is generally clean, but there is no air conditioning. It's not so cold even in November, but it's impossible to wear thin clothes in the room.
Front Colombia is very kind and surprised!
Restaurant breakfast is delicious, suitable for Japanese!

The city of Bogota is compact and the tourist spots are organized, and I feel that it is best to stay around here. You can go anywhere using Uber.

Impeccable. The only downside is that the location is far from tourist attractions. The staff can speak some simple English. Thanks to this, they found a place to apply for a local mobile phone card under their recommendation.

The service of this hotel staff is very good. Mr. Menzel took the initiative to help the lady with large luggage. He was very patient and had questions. The breakfast buffet was fresh. The room was cleaned every day. It was very clean. The bedding was comfortable and very satisfactory.

I am bias with this place. I did an intership in this hotel 28 years ago and I absolutely love Hotel Hacienda Santa Barbara. It is still quite elegant and the area where is located is one of the best in the city. The service, the room, the bathroom, they are all great. I really love the breakfast buffet for the top quality of the food and the variety of native Colombian fruits. The staff (Edwin in the front desk, Don Pedro and Ana in the restaurant..) are extremely helpful and efficient. I will alway try to book this place whenever in Bogotá. Thank you

GGuest UserThe room is large, the bedroom is carpeted, the surrounding is very quiet, there is basically no noise at night, and it is very friendly to people who sleep lightly.
The apartment has tools for ironing, a kitchen but no seasoning, and the kitchenware is relatively basic.
Far from the city center, it is a residential area, and the cost of travel needs to be considered.
Breakfast is more basic.

GGhislaine MaduroWe stayed one week at One sixteen hotel, the staff is very friendly and attentive. Since there is no an a/c in the room it was sometimes too warm in the room. You need to leave the window open for the natural a/c and it will be ok. The breakfast is great with fresh fruits amongst others. We asked the hotel before we travelled for pickup and this went flawless. The driver was very professional and friendly.

AAmybellOur experience was really disappointing, I paid in this platform the full price including taxes and the receptionist charged a double taxes saying was not hee Douro and hotel’s fault just law, here I’ll be adding the capture I took when I bought my service here and it said including taxes, she was so rude and also blaming me for don’t “understand”, read good , don’t understand I had to know they will be charging it , so unprofessional and gross with a client, I’ve been travelling for more than 10 years so try this platform and never had a bad experience till now, I recommend the hotel change their administrative staff they are not the people to treat with other humans. But I have to say the service staff I mean maids and the people in charge of breakfast were awesome, they would fix better in the reception they are so polite and clean, they k it how to respect other people. Gym is so basic but useful, breakfast so delicious, the fudge in the room was broken and no useful and nobody did nothing… last thing they referred my sisters iD, promised to deliver in the room and never did it so we had to go to claim it, this details from the receptionist, that rude woman and the unuseful manager too who said would be reviewing the reservation and who also said we have to claim to the website trip because was trip fault
