The hardware of the hotel itself is completely fine, in line with W's usual temperament. The room is large, the breakfast is good, the gym is also large, and the facilities are complete. I didn't expect a lot of things to happen when I checked out. I didn't expect to have breakfast. Pay tax, you need to pay tax if you don’t eat breakfast, and the tax they said is 60 dollars a night, no one told us about this problem when we checked in, and it didn’t solve it after more than an hour at the front desk The problem, it feels like a black shop, what kind of tax is charged when you check out when you stay in a hotel for the first time

Good value for money, nice hotel

Nice hotel located in safe area of city. Breakfast buffet is really good. By some reason it advertises through this app that hotel has a pool and facility does not. There is a nice sauna on the eighth floor.

The Faranda Hotel is a good option to stay in the North part of Bogotá. However, the access to the hotel is a bit tricky because of the road work at the moment of writing this review (07/2023). The room was basic/average. The hotel advertised to have a sauna but it did not. The gym was underwhelming. The restaurant looks really nice but the way the breakfast buffet is set is not the best. It look cramped in a small part of the restaurant. The choices for breakfast are very few.

I am bias with this place. I did an intership in this hotel 28 years ago and I absolutely love Hotel Hacienda Santa Barbara. It is still quite elegant and the area where is located is one of the best in the city. The service, the room, the bathroom, they are all great. I really love the breakfast buffet for the top quality of the food and the variety of native Colombian fruits. The staff (Edwin in the front desk, Don Pedro and Ana in the restaurant..) are extremely helpful and efficient. I will alway try to book this place whenever in Bogotá. Thank you

The location is not the best since there are not much restaurants a around. The avenue is with work progressive so expect some noises if you have the window open. The breakfast has a good variety of food and service good Room spacious with a corfotable bed

Hotel location is very good, located in the bustling area of Bogota, very close to the mall, shopping and eating are convenient. The interior is relatively large, the room is good, and the overall satisfaction is quite satisfactory.

We stayed one week at One sixteen hotel, the staff is very friendly and attentive. Since there is no an a/c in the room it was sometimes too warm in the room. You need to leave the window open for the natural a/c and it will be ok. The breakfast is great with fresh fruits amongst others. We asked the hotel before we travelled for pickup and this went flawless. The driver was very professional and friendly.

I booked a room with mountain views and refused to give it to me so they had seen my reservation in the application. I said it included sauna and it is part of the Spa then they charge. In addition, the booking was a full payment and they finally collected taxes that are not included or at least warned in the hotel publication in the app, they were not able to warn you as soon as you register one in the hotel. The rooms are clean, comfortable, good facilities, staff friendly, but all this experience is damaged by misleading information and unwarned expenses.
