Great staff good amenities close to the airport and nightlife. One of my new favs. I have stayed at the Mariott, the Capital , the Aloft, and the Dann Carlton. Def will be back to this Hilton. #shoutouttoparis her daddy knows how to make hotels for American abroad.
The hotel is well equipped, the service staff are enthusiastic and help to call a car. The staff who make up the room are very nice. relatively quiet

Some of the ladies at the front desk were very nice and very respectful, but there were some gentlemen who was quite rude, and there was a young bartender who kept harassing us for more tips even though it was on the bill. When we checked in we parked across the street the car was outside for 5 minutes the security watched the tow truck take the car and then they came in when the car was already loaded it almost seemed like they were in cahoots with each other, but I can't confirm that, but it seemed a little odd that they watched I'll call get towed cost us over a million and a half pesos to get out car back
The hotel environment is still very good, the price is a little bit high, there are many other hotels in the same location to choose from, you can find more cost-effective. But this hotel is very close to the university, there are many restaurants to eat at the back door of the university.
The room is small but clean and quiet. The staff is friendly and the assistance service of Ctrip is also great. There is an airport shuttle to the airport, which is very punctual. The breakfast tastes good, with fruit, coffee, milk, yogurt, eggs and bread. It has the basic breakfast standards. Recommended for those who want to catch an early flight.
We needed to spend one night for the stopover, the location and shuttle service were excellent.
The room was a little dark, I think a light bulb was missing. We called maintenance about some issues but they took too long to arrive.
We ordered restaurant food to the room. It was delicious but we thought it was a little expensive.
Green area for walking, breakfast buffet were very good.
His home is close to the airport and there is a free airport hotel shuttle bus, so he will live in Colombia. The hotel breakfast is quite rich and there is a gym. It used to be a five-point praise, but now it can't give 5 points, one point is deducted from the driver. The reason is that his family changed the driver, and now it is not on time. In order to wait for a customer to postpone the departure time, it is time to count. What time does the car take does not affect the check-in. It is delayed for 15 minutes and continues to wait. I really can't bear to find them for theory. Let the late customers wait for the next shift. Finally the hotel called another car at the door and sent me to the airport
Room Marriott standard, safe, guard + dog at the door, gym, SPA (experience can be, sleep), there are Italian restaurants and Western steaks, the environment is good. The advantage is that it is close to the airport (15 minutes), the disadvantage is that it is too far from the high-end living area - there is a high-quality lifestyle.
The Habitel Hotel is conveniently situated close to the airport, with a reliable shuttle service that adds to its appeal. The hotel comprises two sections, ‘Prime’ and ‘Select,’ with the ‘Prime’ offering slightly superior accommodations. My stay was generally satisfactory; however, the A/C in my room was broken, making it uncomfortably cold. After multiple visits to reception, the staff kindly provided a heater. This issue should ideally be addressed before guest check-ins.
It appears the hotel is undergoing construction on the 1st floor, which was where my room was located, resulting in some noise. Despite these inconveniences, the delicious breakfast made up for everything! I highly recommend the Caldo de Costilla. Based on the food alone, I would definitely consider staying here again.

KKamibellaThe hotel as such is incredibly clean that the staff is very friendly, breakfast could improve and have a little more variety, the staff attention if it is first. But I have to make a note in front of the place this remains in a place called a free zone, which is a conglomerate of customs shops, for this reason at the entry of this place there is a security service that is served by porters very gross, it is a trouble to have to register passport card every time you enter and leave and that the services of Taxi Uber cannot enter and have to register and you cannot enter with the transport by putting your safety at risk. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. I would recommend that you notice the guests of these disadvantages.
AALICIA JANETHThe truth is that when the lady entered, she did not understand me well and made me wait more than 30 minutes that day, standing still, and made me renege because her treatment was not pleasant.
WWin BkkThe check in was smooth despite arrival latte at night. The 2 receptionists on night duty were very kind and efficient. As a foreigner, I didn't need to pay the 19% VAT for accommodation. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel and I took 577/927 bus from and to airport taking only 20 minutes.
The room was basic but clean. Hot shower was good. My room was furthest on the floor, so wifi was weak in room.
Overall, Hotel Los Balcones is at least very good as a transit hotel.
EElena DzutsevaCozy small hotel close to the airport, near bus stops, shops, cafes. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, but there was no window, no air conditioning, no fan. But overall it was not stuffy and comfortable. The girl at the reception is very friendly and polite. I liked everything!
IIanNice place run by 3 lovely ladies. Clean, quiet and secure. A little too secure. Getting in and out of the front door requires the unlocking of the door by one of the ladies, which is a little inconvenient. It must be said that they always responded within a couple of minutes. My room had no windows, and no extraction fan, which made it quite claustrophobic, but most rooms do have windows.
AAnyaduvelThe hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. The rooms are small and have no refrigerator, only TV and bathroom, TV only has national channels and water to swallow or bath from the bathroom knew fish. The breakfast meets the goal of filling the stomach, egg, bread and coffee, the attention is very slow, as one person makes breakfast, serves it and washs the dishes for all guests. I wanted to wash my hair and there was no dryer, I asked it at the reception and they said they didn't have and I go to the haircut.
