I spend one week there. The apartment is very nice, clean and big. From there you can walk to a region with many cool restaurants. The flat offers everything you need in a kitchen, if you want to cook your own food. The bathroom is big and the shower is perfect. The water gets really hot, if you desire. The breakfast is ok. I just did not like the breads/croissant. They seem not so fresh. The room service bring the breakfast to your room at the time you ask for. The staff is great and I heard no noise from outside. Overall, very nice experience!

Nos quedamos dos meses enteros con mi familia como parte de nuestro traslado a Bogotá, una experiencia espectacular, el nivel de atención, servicio y cuidado en los detalles hace una gran diferencia. El personal de servicio al huésped hizo una gran diferencia, siempre amables, cercanos y con toda la disposición a ayudar. Todos los días se encargaron de cuidar el aseo y prestar un lugar ideal para nuestros hijos pequeños. Gran recomendación para familias que planean tener una estadía larga. Su ubicación es privilegiada. La oferta en el desayuno es algo limitada, podría ser una oportunidad de mejora.

Excelente, funcionários acolhedores, limpeza impecável e ótima localização. A cama maravilhosa!!! Necessitamos de atendimento médico para o meu filho que teve um princípio de resfriado e a equipe do hotel nos colocou em contato com médico que presta serviço para eles. Nos sentimos mais seguros com essa possibilidade que o hotel oferece.

Es absolutamente espectacular !!!!! La atención es lo máximo! Todos nos trataron como si fuéramos de la familia . Las habitaciones son enormes, la limpieza es excelente y el desayuno bastante completo para ser dentro de la habitación. Estuvieron todo el tiempo buscando la forma de hacernos sentir cómodos
