Excelente, funcionários acolhedores, limpeza impecável e ótima localização. A cama maravilhosa!!! Necessitamos de atendimento médico para o meu filho que teve um princípio de resfriado e a equipe do hotel nos colocou em contato com médico que presta serviço para eles. Nos sentimos mais seguros com essa possibilidade que o hotel oferece.

La atención de todo el personal es excelente, las habitaciones cómodas y muy grandes. Estuve en familia y nos sentimos como en casa. La ubicación es estratégica cerca al parque de la 93 pero con la distancia suficiente para tener tranquilidad en familia.

Es absolutamente espectacular !!!!! La atención es lo máximo! Todos nos trataron como si fuéramos de la familia . Las habitaciones son enormes, la limpieza es excelente y el desayuno bastante completo para ser dentro de la habitación. Estuvieron todo el tiempo buscando la forma de hacernos sentir cómodos

Tuve una mala experiencia puesto que a la hora de hacer checkout del hotel, demostrando que soy residente en Italia, y que por ende no estoy obligada a pagar el IVA, el encargado del hotel me obligó a hacerlo, diciéndome que no me iba a dejar salir en mi carro si no lo hacía. Esto sucedió ayer a las 2am, horario en que no tenía otra opción que pagar ante la amenaza. Yo le pido a ******* que tome cartas en el asunto, tanto para recuperar mi dinero como para revisar la atención del hotel. Gracias

Excelente lugar, luis y ricardo fueron de gran ayuda! . Fui con mi familia por vacaciones y todo nos pareció muy comodo y limpio. Los apartamentos son amplios y atención hacia nosotros fue muy buena y cada necesidad nos ayudaban con gusto. 100% recomendado!!
